The location was great and the room was huge. It was quite dated and in need of some upgrading. Only a few sun bed lounges and some of those broke. Quite rugged and a little rough around the edges.

The room is big but lighting is poor. Need to renovated fix up the building interior and exterior . Lighting up the building and compound . It’s need owner to take care of property that is very useful for growing more business in future. It is very nice except owner need to focus of renovate inside and outside to attract more customer . It needs to take action now . Before too late .

Location was good. This resort shows better in pictures. Furniture inside the room was falling apart. Guys at the nighttime Desk were pleasant and helpful. Check in lady in the morning was unhelpful and rude.

We had a very comfortable stay and Mr. Charlie was very supportive and helpful for easy checkin and guided us well for local needs as well. Breakfast was overall good but staff in the restaurant wasn't very professional and Hotel policy for breakfast timing is not customer friendly. We went with kids for breakfast at 9:50 AM and took all food required at once before closing time of 10 AM. I requested staff to replace cut fruits as it has lot of insects flying over it minutes before closing time, and they refused to get it changed or get me clean portion and insisted to consume same unhygienic fruits. Then, at 10 AM fans and lights were switched off and at 10:15 AM we were requested to leave as they had to close restaurant, which was highly unprofessional as kids were eating slow.

The overall stay was decent, the pool is MASSIVE and quite clearly the highlight of the property. The rooms are luxuriously large as well. The plumbing needs a complete overhaul - the first room we stayed in barely had any water pressure and the second room we stayed in had drainage issues with the shower so the entire bathroom ended up getting flooded. Also the pool access room we were put up in was in a clearly forgotten corner of the pool and there was alot of debris in the water right outside our room because of which we couldn't access the pool directly.

Location and room size Rooms were dirty, found a bug under couch pillow. Facility is poorly maintained. Staff from front table was rude and unpleasant. Definitely not worth the money

We paid the amount online like always Staff didnt accept booking receipt and said that we are not understanding the application while we already paid Manager said the same thing Forced to arrange money to stay and lost a lot because of currency charge + waste 3 hours from our time There must be a good refund But we got only our money Breakfast was very bad

Badly manage dirty room rude staff I thought this is a Ramada four star Property but this not even two star Property don’t waste your money no facility I think Ramada loosing there credibility to run this type of Property
