The hotel charged us extra for the extra bed (which we did not need and for the breakfast). At the time we booked a room with 2 double beds which all we needed. They refused to let us stay and made us pay extra monrey which was totally not accetable and in our bufget. I want booking.com to look into this matter as we put our trust in you. We paid extra for the additonal bed and for the breakfast which was not good.

I liked the property’s convenient location,clean and comfortable rooms,friendly staff and well maintained facilities.One of my favorite features was the amazing pool entrance directly from my apartment that made my stay incredibly convenient and luxurious. Nothing to dislike

Breakfast buffet was great. Pool was lovely. Staff all over the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful. Bed was super comfy. The gym was not great. Our group had to find a gym elsewhere.

Excellent location. We could walk everywhere we needed to be. The staff are super friendly. The resort is beautiful and well maintained! Nothing. We loved it all!

Beautiful hotel with a beautiful pool and comfy, clean rooms. The included breakfast was good - there was a huge variety with a focus on Thai, Indian, and Western options. The location is also great, within easy walking to the beach and the transfers to Railay beach, restaurants and bars, and the night market. The room was also perfectly quiet at night. The prices on food and beverages at the hotel were quite high. While this is not unusual at hotels with on-site restaurants in Thailand, I found it particularly bad here. For example, outside of happy hours a cocktail was close to 300 THB and a pad thai the same. I also found it quite frustrating that service fees (10%) and taxes (7%) are not included in any listed prices, though this was transparently stated on all menus. Typically it is included on menus in Thailand however. Luggage storage was available, but the bags were just kept in reception by the front desk, where anyone could walk in. There is a tagging system (bags are tagged with your name), but we would have felt better if the bags had been stored in a separate room vs just right in the main entrance. Not a problem for us, but kind of a weird quirk is that the bathroom in the room had a window into the bedroom. There were blinds on the bathroom, but these can only be opened and closed from the bedroom side. We just kept them closed, but maybe weird depending on your relationship to the person you're rooming with.

Breakfast has a lot of options, but in my opinion most of them are of poor quality. Bedroom was really moist and not very clean.
