Palm Paradise Aonang Resort

Ms Donut at reception was cheerful and welcoming. The baungalow was a good size. Excellent wifi as router in each bungalow. Quiet. Good value. They have lists of prices to pay if you break something but my bungalow needed some simple repairs and maintenance - for example the door handle was very wobbly and the hand-held shower just hung down as the rest thing was half off the wall. Easy fixes. The pool is nice but needs grouting as its very sharp around the tiles.

Great location. Not far from the beach, bars, weed shops and restaurants. Has a Good pool to swim in and lounge by. The rooms are a good size. Bed was firm but still softer than most beds I've slept on in Thailand. The staff was friendly. The internet was great each room has a router. So I had a strong signal The rooms Could use more than just two pillows, 3 or 4 would be better. The bed was bigger than the bed frame and hung off on one side.. the room had a little bit of a funky smell. I'm sure some febreze would fix that. The breakfast is 500 Bhat a person, so I skipped on that. It's cheaper getting some pad krapow from the 7/11 a little ways down the road for 65 Bhat. The Air conditioner could be in a better spot, like pointing at the bed. I ended up sleeping on the couch where the AC was blowing towards. My girlfriend likes it warmer, so she didn't mind the bed area being a little warmer. They should put oscillating fans in the rooms. That would fix the AC poor location situation.

Dirty and outdated. I don't have high standards, but this was just borderline unacceptable

The room was spacious and clean. The lady that assisted us to check in was probably having a bad day at that time. She was not really rude but was also not that friendly. When she was explaining to us about the deposit, we asked her again about it just to make sure we heard it clear and she said “I told you already.”

The room was great, big space and suitable for family. The staff in the night shift on the arrival day really not really helpful……she friendly to foreigners only. ? no one help for the luggage and amenities should be arrange accordingly to the number of guest. Parking is limited space.

We really liked the jungle vibe and the pool and the bungalow was so spaces and huge bed Was a bit too far from places but for us was good cos we walked more so we could eat more ?

Property was well built, private villas was an added cherry on the cake. No connectivity was available to hotel reception for last minute requests. There was a wildlife animal observed near the pool area which could be dangerous

The rooms are older than what it looks in the picture. One night we heard rats in the ceiling.

20min walk to main strip Very run down, not clean staff very rude.

500 batt deposit on arrival (which was returned), rooms Aircon was great. Big list of charges for potential damages in room, bathroom fixings were quite unstable. Plugs and switches hanging off walls pool didn't feel or look clean. Staff were nice.

Own private bungalows are lovely in a communal garden area which is always kept looking lovely. Lovely balcony to sit out on. Pool area is also really nice. Slightly outdated decor etc

Only the location aspects as it is walking distance to the beach The property doesnt match as per the description provided in the picture. The rooms were very small and the washroom smelled like public toilet. It was a very unhygienic and an unclean experience. Highly not at all recommended to book accommodation
