Swimming pool and the location is good Breakfast menu is very average. Deserts are not fresh.. all the pie, cakes were seemed to be very average and not fresh. For vegetarian very limited options. Food was just average

Lovely hotel and breakfast. Great location. Absolutely loved Krabi. We had a leak in the room one morning. Water coming through the ceiling. No wet floor signs. Daughter went flying down some outside steps which had just been mopped. Causing severe bruising. Woman at reception was very rude and said she should look where she was going. Wet floor signs appeared everywhere after the event. Hotel was taking g no responsibility.

I loved how even the hotel was bigger than the previous ones we stayed in in thailand it was not overly busy. the pool was never full, always plenty of sunbeds to choose from, great breakfast choices. amazing live music each night with the best singers who let my son join them! nice area if you walk around some great places to eat nothing it was great

The bartenders looked at you a lot when you sat at the bar, witch wasn’t that comfortable

The breakfast was decent, the rooms were large No lock on our room balcony door, entire hotel needs a refresh, the staff were not particularly friendly, it's not very close to the beach, the pools were dirty

Amazing room and fantastic pool! We had such a brilliant time there and the location was perfect for shops and restaurants. The staff were so polite and friendly..will definitely be staying here again!

Lovely setting amongst the trees, easy walk down to the main drag. Family duplex suites are fab! Pool was good fun. Breakfast good.

Lovely pool area Needs updating. The bathroom could do with an update. Also the way the electrics work is frustrating, having to turn on sockets via a central control to charge phones etc. Also more storage space needed (only 5 hangers in wardrobe) 2 drawers to put clothes in.

Lovely location, not too far away from the Main Street in Ao nang. Pool clean. Happy hour at both bars during day and night. Good size rooms Rooms felt a little damp during our stay but not necessarily the hotels fault could be due to temperatures and humidity

Pool area in quiet area was fabulous Staff were very helpful especially Tib in the pool bar Lovely spacious balcony Room was set up for two people not family of four-staff promptly delivered everything we needed but we had to ask for extra hangers/chairs to accommodate four. The lack of storage in the room was also an issue. Which meant living out of suitcase for our stay. The lack of air conditioning in the communal areas such as restaurant/reception- uncomfortable for customers and staff. Breakfast was cold and inadequately covered allowing flies to land on food. The covers were broken. Lift out of order several times- promptly fixed. The walkways were incredibly slippery. Didn’t affect us but the safety gates didn’t reach the banister and were ineffective/not safe.
