Please ensure the staff can communicate better in English. Was very difficult to make a conversation to ask for anything. There was no tea bags only coffee. When asked the staff was told to go 7 Eleven to buy tea. That should not have been the answer. Unreal that there is no tea only coffee in the room. My husband does not drink coffee, had we known we would have brought some tea bags.

Hotel was too good in this price range, Staff was also helpful, location is somewhat approx 1.5 Km from beach. So you have to walk 15 min to reach at the Beach. Rest all was Superb. Distance from Beach

Shuttle buses to beach area was useful. Every time I went to reception I was asked if I was checking out. Don’t ask for a check out later than specified. A chair in the room would have been nice. Cleaners were great but I thought the staff did not have their hearts in the job.

The room was large (but that’s what I paid for). Location was a bit far from the centre and you really needed to use the shuttle or a taxi. There’s not much in the local area although there’s a very good Thai restaurant called Red Chilli. The hotel boasts that it’s 1 kilometre from the beach but I think longer. Certainly a 20 Minute walk. The hotel boasts it has a restaurant - there’s no restaurant. Pools are nice and well kept.

Friendly staff, easy check-in, very comfortable bed and pillows, great A/C, TV with Netflix, Prime etc., best shower I had in Thailand (hot and powerful), smaller secluded jacuzzi pool away from main pool area, rooms cleaned/beds made daily, free shuttle to/from Ao Nang beach multiple times per day, great steak restaurant close by (Carnivore Steak & Grill), lovely coffee shop on entrance to resort, close to Khun Suek Muay Thai gym and Heroic Fitness Gym (most equipped gym in Ao Nang) The walk to town/Ao Nang might be a bit long for some people but the shuttle fixes that. Not much else to complain about. It was a lovely stay
