The location and the swimming pool were great, breakfast was poor and not fresh, Breakfast and atmosphere

Beach access means a lot in Ao Nang. The staff was incredibly helpful. The pools have stunning views

There are few things I like about this property. They are Excellent location, easy access to the beach Staffs were pretty friendly, not all.. but in general.. Food was just ok, could have been better.. Bathroom amenities were not filled up properly and we had to ask everytime for this. Also we asked for 2 hours late check out but we were given only 1 hour.. usually every hotel we stay, we get 2 hours without any issues..

Location, pools, staff, vibe… Bed was a bit hard and we didn’t have hot water 2 of the 3 days.

There were 2 pools there, both were fun. We enjoyed getting a drink at the bar in the pool by the beach. The location was perfect, right by the beach and close to restaurants and shopping. The staff was super friendly and helpful, and the front desk ladies were a delight. There was live music in the evenings, which was also super fun. The accomodations were nice, and the property was beautiful. We really loved our stay here. I don't have any complaints.

The property was in an excellent location only a minutes walk from the main street yet quiet and situated right on the beach allowed for direct access onto the beach front. The whole property felt exclusive yet accessible. The pool(s) were clean and quiet, perfect for a relaxing swim. The rooms felt a little dated however they are undergoing renovations as well. The coffee wasn’t the greatest at breakfast.

The location was very good There was no halal food available in breakfast. We were a group of 16 friends

The location was perfect. Easy to walk to restaurants and the Long Boats to the different islands was easy to get to. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the breakfast at the hotel and ate lunch and dinner there several times. We loved the swim up beach bar during the day. The Fire show on the grounds at 9:00 was fun to watch and we could even see it from our balcony.

Perfect location, rooms were big with nice balconies. Restaurant food was really good, great selection for breakfast. Staff was friendly and helpful. I can’t think of anything I didn’t like.

Very kind, let us use the facilities before check in time and also after check out, provided us towels and shower room even hours after checking out, so we could travel clean and fresh

Breakfast was good, room big, clean. Too noisy in the weekends, we had a room around reception and it was a lot of noise, also from the parties held in the breakfast area.

A beautiful hotel with great service, a complete escape and restorative break. Complete comfort all around, lovely pools, massage etc, I had a lovely time their with my partner. All of it was fantastic. One bit of a sour not was we broke a cup by accident and owned up to it. They charged us £6 for it upon leaving, left a bit of a bitter taste on what was a perfect stay.

Absolutely loved this place! Right on the beach, super friendly staff, and we even got a free room upgrade ✨ So many great restaurants and bars around, plus a night market just a short 10-minute walk. Would 100% stay here again! Nothing everything was amazing

The open structure, the brand new restaurant, the amazing breakfast with so many fresh prepared choices, the big clean swimming pools, the food in the beach club, we really loved this hotel. We had a big room with spacious bathroom and big balcony. The staff was so friendly and helpful, highly recommended hotel, prima location is also a big bonus nothing we didn't like. Yes this is Asia, beachfront, so maintenance is a challenge but the renovations are amazing and when this line continues, no worries about this hotel

The location and overall appearance of the hotel was nice. The staff were pleasant. The pool areas were clean and there were plenty of sunbeds. The room was comfortable. Breakfast was ok - dining area was nice. Massage was great and the ladies there were very nice and proffesional. The hotel in places was under going some construction/repairs. The room was nosiy due to cleaning staff in the corridors especially in the morning Breakfast was ok, and could be imroved- although there looked a lot of choice if you want the English style breakfast it was very poor. Not a big varity of juice and fruit. But, the breads, cakes, and croissants were great. We did have to walk past constuction work, old storage areas. It was shocking at first. The room looked tired, but realised it was the actual decor - it was comfortable and clean. The fish in the pond infront of our room were very hungry too. Something the staff should address.

I have been staying around the world and NEVER complain! This booking did not advise that the gym was closed for remodel. Additionally, when returning to the room after more than 1 hr ( with power off due to key card removal ) the room REAKED of sewage!!! They are apparently working on the main pipes to the building . Upon checking out of the hotel , I kindly advised the front desk mgr of the problems associated with our stay. These were not “ nit picky “ issues that the mgr was not aware of!!! Not only did the mgr NOT offer any renumeration , the reception clerk asked how I would like to to pay for the $5 minibar charges for 2 small bags of almonds consumed . IF a mgr of one of my businesses behaved like this staff , THEY WOULD ALL BE FIRED IMMEDIATELY!!!!
