We loved this hotel so much we will DEFINITELY be back 2027 everything perfect close to everything

Location was excellent. Couldn't be better if you want to be where all the action is. Breakfast choices were awesome! One of the best spreads we've had on vacation! No railings into and out of the pool. Made it very difficult for my husband to get in and out with a bum knee.

Across the road from the beach and a good pool area for relaxing. Breakfast at the resort had good selection and view of the beach. Plenty of restaurants nearby. The noise from the busy street, especially the rooms on the street side. Questionable whether our room actually meets a 4 star rating.

If you like it when it is super busy, you are super close to your next door neighbors, like smoking then it will be a place for you, The Staff was super nice and helpful and they did made it possible that we could leave sooner than planned as we were not happy with the surroundings. Location: it is right on Ao Nang beach - you only have to cross the road and then the beach is busy with long boats - with lots of noise and definitely not the great beach you hope for when thinking about Thailand. the area is very busy: one bar/restaurant near the next, too many people, too much traffic Parking: it says it has parking and when we inquired by message they told us, there is parking -but you have to give them your key - as the cars are parked behind each other - which we were not so thrilled, as we normally leave some things in the car - which we now took out - as other people could access the car. smoking: as in many places in Thailand smoking is allowed, so we booked a non-smoking room, but as soon as we opened the door to our terrace, the smoke from our neighbors was in our nose and eyes - we went to the pool and the same thing, you will not find a spot here where you don't smell the smoke - this was the reason we asked to leave the next day, as either we would be stuck inside our room - as everywhere it was smelling for smoke. It would be nice if hotels would have non-smoking areas

Out side my room were the sun beds and the people from the othet rooms came to seat on them wiche is very normal but you have no privacy has soon has you come out side to your balcony there so close to you the my room smelled like shit yes shit a toilet omg ? I felt like dying and the rest of the hotel smelled bed also this hotel needs an update really fast.

A great boutique hotel in the best location right across from the beach and long tail boats and walking distance to restaurants and shops right outside the door. Nice restaurant and pool area and cannot wait to return. Would highly recommend a poolside room beach side. The room was a little dated however am looking forward to returning once the renovations are finished. Other than that, I absolutely Ioved our stay and can't wait to return!

Helpful friendly staff, great location, didn’t feel crowded eg at breakfast or Pool despite being full. Nothing really. Maybe make steps in and out of pool easier

The mattresses were very very hard and stiff. Room was outdated. No hot water in one of the rooms.

Breakfast was really generous, location is perfect, just by the ocean. Pool is also nice. The only thing I didn't like was that the balconies of the rooms were not separated from each other, so everyone walked through each other's balconies.

Breakfast was OK, Location was good. Staff was good. Good leisurely seating on your balcony. The inn/Hotel is generally being patched up, its seen better days ! All Toilets around the pools stunk as you approached them, never mind in the toilet !. We have never stayed anywhere where there isn't enough draws and cupboard's, we had to leave a certain amount of items in our suit cases !

It wasn't the cheapest place, but it is close to Christmas.

The property is located exactly front of the beach. Very accessible to everything. The room we had has a direct pool access. The restaurant is facing the beach and is very relaxing and refreshing to have breakfast. The hotel staff from the receptionists, housekeeping and restaurant servers were all smiling and friendly. Nothing.

Central location in the heart of busy Ao Nang. Nice breaky

- hotel is closed to the beach - swimming pool is really good - breakfast is good - strict time to check in, no problem with that but I had to wait and the bathroom was not cleaned properly - mosquitoes in the room, a lot of them were in the room - the room had a musty smell - Room with old furniture
