Nothing. I ensured to wait with the review, to when I am calm again. So this is the honest review. This is not neither 4/5 star hotel, this is a bad 2 star hotel. Every time we passed the reception someone was standing at the front desk complaining... The staff and manager didn't care about any of it. Even one time they were yelling at each other, talking about calling the police. We tried to get a refund after the first night. I could make a long list of bad things, but above text says everything. The worst thing was the extremely hard bed with springs going into your back. It seems like absolutely nothing has been maintain for 20+ years.

The hotel is situated for it’s good location. Its structure and rooms are good. Service is not good.We stayed 3 night and the wifi is not working,told the staff but they just written the problem not solved it.Bedsheets were not properly clean.

The room was beautiful. The pool area was lovely and everyone was so friendly

Location Did not get towels or toilet paper without hunting it down ourselves. Cleaned room only two times. Elevator didn't work. Very poor lighting in hallways and stairs. Staff not helpful.

On what planet is this a 4 star!? Awful place. Not as advertised! Common area toilets stink, urinals don't flush so you can smell the sewer. No lights or toilet paper in womens toilets! Broken wood kicked around toilet floor for entire 10 day stay, not cleared up or repaired. Urine / poo frequently left in toilet bowls, not regularly maintained. Scooters and broken furniture laying around ground floor. Photos online show towel swans, robes, furniture, flowers, staff in thai dress. None of this provided not even hand towels! - Room service comes late, after 4pm or not at all - Stains on sheets, cushions, ceiling, gross towels / bath mats - no matching sets - Drawers missing handles - Random power outages on room - Water features empty - Safe not fixed down in any way so could easily be carried out of room by thieves! - Prongs on hairdryer plug completely bent and unusable - "Beachfront" not really! You have to walk down a long drive, cross street / park to reach public beach - Room cleans not great - Bright reception security light lit up room through thin curtains that didn't meet properly. Hotel supposedly fully booked, but whole place like ghost town. Rarely saw people at pool. 0 atmosphere. Beware the rating of this accommodation! People leaving ratings of 6 whilst writing things like "bed is dirty" "can see human hair. aircon basically no working. room floor is dirty. whole building is poorly maintained. Got musty smell everywhere." Hotel is in a word is Bad. Hence my rating of 1. Arrived to angry customer claiming to reception about blood and hair in his bed. We frequently saw scenes like this in 10 day stay. Once the police were there having a heated discussion with staff over "missing money"! Lights were frequently out at night in corridors meaning you had to get to room in pitch black. Where there were lights, they offensive white ones, instead of nice warm yellow really advertised. No pool lights. Ads to horrible feel of rooms/common areas. Black bin bags in hotel corridors. No working phone in room. Hard bed even with matress topper. Shower handle comes off in hand. Lift doesn't work. Had to chase for toilet paper in room. We arrived after 2pm and told there were "no rooms available"! We booked a 10 night stay between Christmas and new years so were horrified. Told this AFTER hotel had attempted to take full payment! After raised voices and suggesting this was criminal, it changed to "a room will be available, but not yet" and couldn't say when! After being kept waiting, we asked to see the room we would be staying in. After resistance from staff, we were eventually shown a room with 2 single beds, but we booked a "Deluxe double room". So taken to a room with a double bed which was still being made up. Time now was 3:50pm! Almost 2 hours after the room should have been ready! We reluctantly accepted the room in the state it was in so we could finally settle. We asked for some discount for the room still not being ready and were angrily told "If you don't like the room, you can stay somewhere else!" The girl was extremely rude throughout and seen rolling her eyes to other staff. Loud events take place nearby, glass majorly shaking from noise! Hotel wanted additional 5% for using credit card, which was not advertised. We were asked for this before being informed we could avoid the fee by paying cash! Disappointed in booking.

The breakfast was not good. Expensive and not many options / running out of everything . The morning we ate there the lady was coming out with x4 fried eggs at a go and a que of people waiting. Thankfully we had not paid for this every morning . Staff in the restaurant were rude . The building is massive and has a lot of potential with abit of updating : ie paint Breakfast was awful ! Everything running out . Coming out in x4s with eggs, and a que of people. Rude staff in the restaurant also . Not all tbales were occupied, wasn't that busy to be lacking in so much food. All juices were empty. Was not late .

It’s set back from the street, therefore quiet. The pool is large. Lack of maintenance, indifference of staff at the front desk, poor breakfast.

N/A Booked to stay at property early January 2025 - arrived at hotel with booking confirmation which had acceptance of booking from the hotel to be told they had no traceability of the booking. We provided all required booking details but hotel claimed nothing they could do to help. Had to book another hotel last minute which was 5x the price. Other guests in hotel reception had same issue with bookings made but hotel hadn´t allocated rooms - would recommend to avoid hotel.

The elevators did not work. I was on the third floor and had to go up and down 45 stairs five times a day. The breakfast was really good!P The hotel is old and rundown and filthy dirty. The walkways are poorly lit the lightbulbs are burnt out and the tile floors are disgustingly dirty and have not been cleaned in God knows how long.

The only good thing about this property was the lovely beachside area nearby Lift didn’t work, A/C didn’t work, everything was dirty

Pool looked nice and it was big. Location was good for our purposes. There was no working elevator and our room was located on the 4th floor and staircases were dark after sunset or small steep spiral ones. Our room was not made ready for us even when we had informed the hotel of our late arrival and still our room lacked towels. We had booked a suite with 1 bedroom, 1 livingroom and a bathroom. There was no livingroom and when we asked the staff about it they said that the corridor that had nothing on it that the door to the room led to was the livingroom. The bathroom door had no handles on either side and did not stay closed. NoWe got locked out of our room on the first night, it took multiple staff members to open the door. The cleaning staff never got to our room, they just left a trashbag on our doorhandle with waterbottles, toiletpaper, soaps and coffee. We never got our towels replaced in the duration of our stay. On an info paper on the lobby it was said that towels will be changed everyday, ours were not. In the same info paper were instructions for pool towels and beach towels. When we tried to ask to get both they told us that there was not any available. The breakfast was only open between 8am and 10am, the food was cold, lacked seasoning and options were lacking. On our last night the pipe to the bidet broke flooding our bathroom. We had to walk all the way to the lobby to ask for help since there was no internal phone in the room. The pipe did get fixed but the bathroom floor was left extremly dirty afterwards. None of the staff never apologized for any of the inconvenience or offered any compensation when asked.

Location is good. Could have been cleaner. Beds felt like sleeping on plywood. Balcony had a lot of bird shit on the railing
