Kokotel Krabi Seaside

Location is great, the night market is just 2min away, and you have everything close by. The rooms are modern, and the staff was very friendly, and kind. The shower did not drained, seemed to have be clogged. Even after asking for it to be fixed, the issue was unfortunately still there. We also stayed for 5 nights and the room was not cleaned/organized until we asked for it specifically.

Modern, clean rooms. Cute balcony with great blackout curtains, helpful staff, close to Ao Nang Night Market and far enough away that it was quiet at night. We loved being close to Ao Nang Beach but far enough away to be out of the hustle and bustle. Nothing

Good location, parking available, big room, clean The room smells a bit, could be the smell from the pipe.

New property, very clean and spacious room. Quiet neighborhood near Ao Nang landmark. 1 minute from beach and many nice cafes and restaurants around. Boat station is 5 minutes away to take a trip to Railey beach. No elevator. Though the staff helped to carry it upstairs.

Very nice place!

We paid for a double room with a balcony and the staff informed us that doesn’t exists so it did not meet our expectations. I believe they did have these rooms, maybe that had over booked, but if they don’t exsist they shouldn’t be advertised online

We stayed in room 206, a bit noisy because of others AC units working on our balcony. On the wall a mark of water infiltration.

New hotel, clean, modern, soaring ceiling. Good location 5 min walk to the Ao Nang beach and the night market. A bit away from town center but it’s close to the park. The room didn’t have a safe (ideally one that fits a laptop), and it bothered is that the door was unlocked/ wide open downstairs after front desk person is gone. Maybe we’re too cautious, but we’d prefer a front door entry code or something in the off hours.

The location is amazing, a close walk to everything you need especially the market but far enough so you dont hear the constant noise. The rooms were extremely clean and spacious. Everything is new. Not a big deal but good to know, there is no elevator in the building.

Great location for the beach and the night market. New hotel and very clean. Staff were helpful with suggestions, and I felt welcomed and safe there. The bed was the most comfortable bed I have slept in. I would definitely stay here again.

The room was cleaned and good plenty of water, restaurants and shops very close by. Very convenient place. Only one problem, the receptionist started to annoying us by asking us to vacate the inspite of informing them of our late check out due to our flight time. We were prepared to pay for the extra hours too, but he didn’t give us time at least half an hour to pack our bags, kept on calling, other than this the place is excellent.

Exceptional

It's a nice hotel with very friendly and accommodating staff, but unfortunately we had to switch rooms twice, so we ended up spending 3 nights in 3 different rooms. In the first room (305) there was a leakage from the ceiling on the bed and floor when it was poring outside. Then we got an upgrade (room 308), but the next day there were tiny insects all over the place and in the bed. Finally we moved to the family room, which had no problems. Also we didn't like the cleanliness of the floors. Breakfast was nothing special to be honest, bread, jam basic fruits and mini pastry like muffins. Location wise there is a lot to do on walking distance, keep in mind that it's at the end of the tourist spots. And again kudos to the staff who managed to switch the rooms for us.

The sea side was a really good structure with a very welcoming staff. It was clean and nice to stay in. It does not have the elevator

The size of the room (we upgraded to a family size room) Also the location- 2mins away from a big night market. Air con was great too! The bathroom smelt really bad

Location was very convenient for our family as it was walking distance to restaurants and the night market! Also a minute away from the beach and the pier/port to take a long boat to islands. Booked a family suite which was spacious/huge. Sadly the drainage smell was horrendous in the bathroom. Wish there was a bit more variety to the breakfast like some cheese for the bread perhaps :)
