The pool was lovely. The room was large and spacious to accommodate our family of 4. Food was cheap and tasty but kitchen did not look clean. Stayed for a week. The price for this place was outrageous. Room was run down, aircon did not work adequately, only change sheets every 3 days and of all places we stayed we needed a broom for sand and clean sheets more often. Beds were hard as a rock. I know it says it is in nature, but the cicadas were so loud at one point being in the pool was deafening. Couldn’t step outside without being blasted by mosquitos, geckos in our room (which probably helped with bugs but still a little unnerving). The place worked for us to rest our heads at night (uncomfortably) but make note that it is WAY MORE RUSTIC THAN THE PICTURES SHOW. If you enjoy rustic, it was fine but there are so many other nicer options for similar prices around the area!

The pool, location, the staff was amazing and very helpful. the beds could be more comfortable, tastier breakfast

Came here 2nd time. Amazing and calm location, very close to night market and other restaurants. The pool is great and deep, they also have a massage place now as well as their own restaurant. Everyone is smiling and are very friendly, they also have a few stray dogs now which are very cute but they don't pay attention to you if you don't want to. Will be back in the future for sure, best place in Ao Nang! Only one recommendation - having a plate and knife in the room would be great as we ate a lot of fruits.

The pool is big, clean and refreshing. We stayed in a bungalow and it was clean and spacious. The beds were firm but very comfortable. Bathroom was big and I appreciated the netting over the roof to prevent big bugs coming in. Location was a 5 minute walk to the water front, night market, restaurants and shops. Staff very helpful and the food in the restaurant was good.

Location was Great, common areas like pool and gardens were nice. Good communication with staff. Our room wasn’t properly cleaned when we received it. Cleaning service was not impressive and overall conditions of furniture and linens were disappointing. They just allowed to exchange one time our beach towels even when we stayed 6 nights in their hotel. The bathroom had always insects (huge cockroaches) and frogs because is uncovered, which was very uncomfortable to use every night that we were back to our room.

The atmosphere the open roof of the bathroom

The service at the restaurant was great and there was one amazing employee named Smiley that really cares about customer service and helped me book a boat tour and ferry ride, all the rest of the staff at the front were actually rude. If you cannot picture yourself staying in a jungle, this place is not for you! It was dirty, the needs were not comfortable at all, there were bugs everywhere!!! We woke up daily super early from a million different animal sounds! I took a shower with the longest centipede I have ever seen in my life!!! We had two rooms, the family room had a washroom and shower inside that was so smelly the whole 5 days, the regular room has a toilet and bath tub outside that’s not completely covered, we had all kinds of bugs and birds come visit us…. We got eaten alive by mosquitoes and when we asked to change our towels the next day, we were told we should reuse them and shouldn’t expect new ones. Honestly the only ok thing was the pool.

The whole staff was kind and very attentive. Beautiful place to stay, the pool needs some work because some tiles are coming out but i am sure they will fix it. We will stay here again. The bartender and the waiter always askkng what you need and very friendly.

Very chill, quiet but yet very close to attractions. Swimming pool is open 24h Restaurant expensive and the food quality is very poor.

This is basically a campsite. The check-in office looked like a total mess with bits and pieces strewn about the place. We actually wondered if we got dropped off at the right place. The room had not been used for some time as the smell was very stale. All in all, as a Brit would say...a bit of a dodgy place. The surrounding area is hardly a "vacation paradise". Of our 5 different Asian stops, this was by far the worst. Reception area is a joke. If it is raining and you need the toilet, you are going to get wet.

Perfect location out of busy area. Must try massage there, best in Thailand

The garden and pool setting was beautiful. The bungalow room felt like a real retreat. The staff at reception and in the restaurant were excellent Although Ao Nang is a good location for trips out, It was too busy for our liking. Thankfully we were at the quieter end of town.

The staff were really lovely. We all really loved tbe food, the happy hour drinks and the pool. I got a great pedicure by the pool too. All just fantastic value for money. The leaking air con unit in our room was a bit of a worry, and the bathroom was pretty grotty, dirty round the edge of the shower and the plastic thing for the tissues. The balcony furniture was a bit sort too. We also had a bit of an issue with the transfer from the airport, but it did get sorted.

Very nice area with massage and good pool and nice bar The outdated furniturw and the fact you have to pay if you use a coffee cup

The hotel has a beautiful environment with lots of greenery. The air conditioning works perfectly, and the pool is great (1.8m deep). The bungalows are a bit older, but they are well maintained, and the entire area is kept clean. On-site, you can book a massage, rent a car or a scooter. The food at the restaurant is absolutely delicious – every dish we tried was very tasty. You can also book a boat trip to the nearby islands at the hotel reception. A slightly odd design choice regarding the toilet – it would be better if the roof fully covered the area to prevent rain from getting inside. The existing plants could be watered separately without leaving the space partially open.
