Nothing It was a very bad experience. This kind of resort should not be listed on an international platform like Booking.com. When we checked in, we immediately realized there were a huge number of mosquitoes everywhere. We literally could not stand outside even for a few seconds. Even inside the room, there were mosquitoes and small insects. I was travelling with a baby, kids, and mostly ladies — only two men were with us. Since we checked in late, we thought it would be difficult to find another accommodation immediately, so we first decided to cancel only the second night stay. Later, when we saw that the mosquitoes and insects were unbearable for the children and baby, I politely asked the staff if we could cancel the first night as well. Even if it was non-refundable or chargeable, we were prepared to accept it. Instead of explaining calmly, he became angry, spat while talking to us, and said “Can’t you all just adjust for one day?” in a very rude manner. Then my husband politely asked him, “Why are you behaving like this? My wife asked nicely.” Suddenly, the staff raised his voice, tried to attack my husband, grabbed his shirt, and kept shouting, “This is Thailand! This is Thailand!” We immediately pulled my husband away, got into our van, returned all the keys, and left the resort. Even after that, the staff kept coming out aggressively, shouting and threatening us. At one point he even tried to remove his shoe, seemingly wanting to hit my husband. I did not go to the police because most of us were ladies and we genuinely felt threatened and unsafe. I honestly do not care about the money. Safety and respectful treatment are more important. I am shocked that Booking.com allows this kind of resort and behaviour on their platform.

Location Far from beach
-
The bungalow was lovely, and in a nice quiet location not far from everything I paid for a double bed but ended up with 2 uncomfortable single beds, also lots of bugs everywhere throughout the whole bungalow. When I told the staff they just said 'yes ok' but nothing happened about it

Bad

The place was nothing like you see in the pictures. The location is off, no proper road, no charging points, shower doesn’t work, air con doesn’t work, room full of ants, bad Wi-Fi, and the property is old. The only shining spot was the staff, they were very polite and humble.

When I was arrived I didn't get my room from my booking.but nice staff she took me some another place to stay.

Ant infested the bathroom

Was in a quiet area and felt like you were in a rain forest The shower wasn't brilliant
-
Lovely staff but flies all over our roof, really uncomfortable mattress, dirty bathroom. Don’t book here unless you don’t have another option

Nice and chilled

Very dated ,fridge door was broke, air con was old , shower was awful and curtains pathetic.Needs a lot of modernization.

The day I left was what I liked. When we arrived there was around 10 homeless stray dogs all sat outside our window howling. Then when we went into the property there was lots of mosquitoes everywhere and the room looked like it had not been cleaned. The walls were dirty and the fridge did not work. The curtains were like paper so in the morning you were either woken up by the sun or the howling dogs or the fact you were bitten by mosquitos. The location was not the best as it was on a dark street in the middle of know where so if you were going out you could not walk home. The pool did not look clean and the property was very outdated.
-
Not much The air con didn’t work and the staff were rude so I checked out not long after paying. It was a terrible place to stay with no working air con so I booked a nicer place.

That it was a bargain when compared to other listings. Until you check in. I stayed in 3 bungalows and all had TOXIC BLACK MOLD (see pics). The resort didn’t have water for 2 days, and they could care less. They know it’s high season so they don’t care. The staff is Muslim women and they discriminated. The tourist police was called on them for illegal business practices and discrimination. They treat you well when you check in especially you pay cash. But show them something that goes against their values and it’s a different story. Smoking weed , being LGBTQ forget it, you’re going to be so uncomfortable. The police gave them a a lecture. I had to email the Thailand Consumer board and called the 1166. The pool is dirty. The shower doesn’t work so everybody is sweaty with lotion and jumps in the pool to cool off. I’m certain I got sick there from the mold. I will be pursuing this matter with the Consumer Board. The entrance is scary in the day and frightening at night. No lights , dogs, scooters , weird men in the bushes. Yes it’s a bargain compared to what’s out there but be careful. If you have a scooter you’re ok with getting into town. Definitely check out the toxic black mold pics. If you care about you’re health and mental state fork the cash for something better. Cheap is always expensive in the end. Avoid this this place. Now if you don’t mind toxic black mold , no water , no help to get water back on , a dirty pool and unsafe location and being discriminated; this place might be for you

On check in she tried overcharging us by 14,000 baht saying it was 3% which it wasn’t the case, after suggesting we leave we were then finally charged the correct amount. The shower didn’t work and there were cockroaches and a significant ant nest in our room, as well as many stray dogs outside. After the first night we found a hostel which was cheaper and better. Avoid at all costs!
