Staff was very nice and accommodating. Lots of inexpensive and excellent restaurants nearby. The beach is not too far, but when it is hot 15-20 minutes of walking is no fun. Tuk-tuks were not cheap and not readily available in the area.

Cost effective Water got shut off and when it was on, the pressure was low. The pool was not maintained so it was green mildew, the ac wasn’t cold, not much on the street to walk and site see

Property was good location, the room was spacious and had a nice balcony to enjoy in the evenings. I liked that fresh towels and water was left on your door every morning too. The furniture was a bit dated , needs a bit of an upgrade

i really like how friendly the staff is, there's 7eleven beside the hotel and for muslims this hotel are surrounded by halal food. the shower was easily clogged and there was no lift here.

We stayed at The Orange Resort for two nights (although the extra day was for an early morning check-in). It is located in a relatively less touristic area in Krabi (about 1 km away from the busy Ao Nang Beach). There are ample shops, food stalls, supermarkets & self-wash laundries closeby. The staff was very welcoming & the check-in process was smooth. We got a room on the 1st floor and had to use the staircase to reach the floor. The room was clean, spacious & the bed was large. The room had a wardrobe, a television, a stool, a wall-fitted table, an air conditioner & an electric kettle. A couple of water bottles were also provided per day. The bathroom was a bit small but sufficiently spaced. Hot water worked without an issue. Towels, soap & amenities were available. Breakfast was served on the ground floor. It was a basic one & the menu was the same every day but sufficient to start off the day. Overall, it was a pleasant stay at the Orange Resort. There were a few stains on the commode's seat cover, which was the only downside we observed in the bathroom. Apart from that, the room needs a bit of a facelift.

Quiet part of Ao Nang, 2 7-11 close to the hotel. Nice room, not too tight. Water and amenities are provided. Clean enough, but could be better. No elevator so if you have a suitcase prepare for a workout. The mosque doing mosque business when they need it, you can hear them well. It's not a problem for me, but be prepared.

Great budget friendly hotel. A bit basic but overall the rooms were fine. The location wasn’t great for us as we had to get taxis or tuktuks every time we wanted to go the main area as it was over 40 minute walk

We loved the friendly and welcoming staff, a lovely welcome and everyone was so nice. The room was clean, comfortable and a good size with balcony. Coffee and water provided daily and the offer of daily cleaning available. The location was great for us, close to supermarket and 7 eleven and locally run restaurants with great menus. You can hire a moped if you wish abd there are local buses to take you to the beach and night market. The staff were all too happy to help with onward travel Nothing, we loved everything

It's in a good location, the staff is very friendly. One day there was no water due to a broken pipe (I don't think it's the hotel's fault)

Not much other than the rooms were fairly spacious and the 7/11 right next door was handy. The shower was very low pressure hardly any water coming out. When we had our room made up the towels were not changed and floors not hoovered we still had sand on the floors from our time at the beach which wasn’t nice, our ‘balcony’ was just 2 chairs outside facing a brick wall. The rooms can be very noisy too hearing all the bikes and cars driving past. The swimming pool was okay just very strong with chlorine.
