The hospitality were great. Comfy bed. Any rooms hallway a bet noisy, any sound would enter the room.

The room was clean, tidy, and very comfortable. The stay was pleasant and the overall experience was great. The only downside was that the soundproofing could be better, as noise from outside or nearby rooms could sometimes be heard. Other than that, everything was good.

Perfect location, on the main road, easy access to all shops and less than a 10 minute walk to the beach. Room is comfortable with AC. Good views to the street. We asked for an interior room rather than one facing the main road and there was no noise, so that was perfect for a family. There was not much light in the room, especially the bathroom.

Very nice breakfast, you should take it with your room so it will be cheap. Nice staff, great location 5 mins to Ao Nang, i liked this beach more than the Railay beach. They took our bags after the check out so we could go to the beach one more evening! There was dust and the room wasn’t so clean, when we ordered a clean up they came in the evening and for us it was too late, bc we already came from the beach to rest. The pool is small and not comfortable

Our phone had a technical issue and woke us up at 4 a.m. Also, on weekends the street can get quite noisy, so if your room faces the street it might be a bit uncomfortable. Additionally, one day we hung the room-cleaning tag at 8 a.m., and when we returned at 5 p.m., the room still hadn’t been cleaned.

The hotel was a quick walk to the beach and had good breakfast. The room was dirty. Hair in the bed, marks on the wall. The room is also LOUD at night. I wasn't prepared just how loud it was. It literally felt like I was trying to sleep in a nightclub. It was unbearable until the bars close at 3am. There is no way anyone could possibly sleep. I had to check out early because I couldn't sleep there another night and I am still fighting to get my money back. If you want to sleep DO NOT stay here. Also, the cost of this place is crazy for what you get.

Excellent location. Quick walk to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. The breakfast was excellent, and the coffee shop was superb. I had my doubts about the rooms based on the online photos, but they are large and comfortable. And the Thai massage place next door was absolutely fantastic! The door to the balcony was a bit tricky.

I really appreciated how kind and accommodating the staff were, they made everything easy. The rooftop pool was a highlight with a great view and a perfect spot for the kids, although a few more chairs would have made it even better. The location was a challenge since the hotel sits on a main street across from a nightclub, and it felt like we were in the club each night. The room itself was extremely small. The top bunk was so close to the ceiling that the kids kept bumping their heads, and you cannot sit up there at all. The space between the bunk bed and the parents’ beds was also very tight. There’s no closet, only a small shelf area. Although the room is labelled as a family room and technically fits four beds, it is simply too crowded for a family. We also found the café and breakfast prices far too high.
