The location. Size of a room. I guess that's it. First of all - I booked 5 rooms and specifically asked beds to be separate, I even wrote them a message. Did not get any answer, like zero communication, when we arrived we got double rooms, not twin, they simply do not have that many twin rooms and don't bother to inform you :/ Next - bedbugs in two of the rooms. When we told them about it, they changed them. No elevator on the side where superior rooms are - you have to carry them by yourself to 3rd floor. Many mosquitos near the pool. Breakfast sooo basic... There was only one girl who was making everything, so it took a while she made breakfast for 10 people. Coffee only 3/1.

Dirty bedding, full of stains, and pillows that are 10 years old. In the pictures we see when booking, the furniture looks new and beautiful. But when you arrive in the room, the furniture is old, sometimes even broken. The fridge was broken, leaking water all over the room. In the bathroom, there was only cold water. If you wanted to take a shower at 7 PM when everyone came back from the beach, you were in for an unpleasant surprise. We also had to pay extra because we chose to pay at the location instead of paying when making the reservation. If you choose to pay at the location, they charge you an extra €80 if you pay by card. When you ask why, they simply say: “hotel policy.” The cleanliness was poor. At night, no one guards the hotel, yet the doors are wide open. There is no one at the reception if you need anything. They tell you to take care of your room keys, yet they leave the keys on the counter, accessible to anyone who also leaves their keys there. The staff was friendly, but it didn’t help much.

Location. Cleanes of the room was OK but bathroom wan not. Bathroom was dirty. WiFi need to login every day few time again and again

The rooms, despite being old, were very clean. There was a restaurant with live music on the top floor. Since we arrived we had flooding in the bathroom, every time we went to take a shower, the entire bathroom filled with water. Throughout our stay we had this problem and the only thing they said to us was: sorry. At no time was there an attempt to resolve the problem. There was no elevator on the floor we stayed on and we had to carry our bags up the stairs. Communication was very poor, no one informed us that there was a restaurant on the top floor or where the pool was.

Very interesting appearance - a little bit like Mediterranean. Coffee from the machine (operated by the staff, so sometimes you had to wait), not those 2in1 packages. The furniture is a bit worn out. Only a fixed shower head on the wall. Washstand outside the bathroom, which, with the missing small towel, causes a problem - e.g. after brushing your teeth you had to go with your face and hands wet back to the bathroom for a large towel. A long walk to the beach.

Hotel with good location, clean and wonderful shower. The mattress was uncomfortable, to pay by card there is a 5% fee which was not notified at the time of booking.

the room smelled of air conditioning. There are a lot of night clubs nearby, at night until 2 am it is almost impossible to sleep. I strongly advise against this hotel

What I didn't like was that in the description it stated free parking which led me to believe that the hotel had parking, which is not the case. The parking they describe, is street parking, which I know from previous visits to Ao Nang, is virtually impossible.

I’m satisfied with the room and balcony which is large for triple. But really disappointed that no lift provided that make me had limited movement . A way to the room stairs is a bit scary as we had to pass by a narrow dark lane. Not recommended for solo traveller
