There is a kids pool which was nice. I asked to borrow a yoga mat and the staff were very supportive. The breakfast is excellent. Outstanding quality. Room service was quite slow and it took time for staff to restock the room with amenities. However, the experience is amazing overall.

The power kept turning off every 30 minutes

Too many mosquitoes, can’t get in the room without asking the staff to bring the bug spray at night and they took like 10 minutes to show up

Beautiful property right in the middle of bustling Ao Nang. Great location. Clean. Our room was so beautiful! The view from our balcony was incredible. Great breakfast! Can’t think of anything .

the room was not clean when i got it, i asked for it to be cleaned i was embaressed to ask again so i let it be. the room smelled musty and bad could hardly enjoy being in it

The location and the view. There were repair works in the neighboring rooms, which caused discomfort. The air conditioner in the room makes disturbing noises when turned on and off. The resort requires more maintenance, care, and attention.

The Location is amazing and it sits outside the main road which gives it a good secluded feeling. It was also my birthday during my stay however I had not mentioned it but on the day of my birthday, the team surprised me with a cake during the morning breakfast. They pay attention to all their guest checking in and do take note of finer details like - Birthday. Amazing happy hours cocktails. The Pool is a nice spot to spend time. Their Breakfast choices and spread is WOW. The AC was the only issue. It did not cool as much as it should have based on the fact that they have Glass windows on all sides and the heat is high outside but the AC should also work or be powerful enough to cool the room better. We had to keep the curtains closed during the day just so the AC could work better.

Liked the pools, especially the rooftop pool and view, the location, staff and internet speed. Also had a nice view from the room. Breakfast was good rather than exceptional. The gym was tiny with old equipment. Hotel lacked an exit lounge or proper change room for departing guests. Hotel was unable to provide a late checkout option even though the hotel was clearly experiencing low occupancy.

The room was quite good, it had an alright layout, and the washroom was decent. Breakfast was okay, but it was easily the worst meal of all the meals that we had in Ao Nang. Finally, we ended up not using the pool. We think that the breakfast could have been better. While we did enjoy the buffet layout, we think that the Thai food was too mild. Additionally, it would have been good if the breakfast system allowed for cold coffee.

We (family) love stayed at Panan Krabi Resort. Near to shop & beach & easy to walk to Aunang beach & restaurant. Will come back again to this hotel next visit to Krabi. Hotel celebrated my birthday with decoration & cake. Very happy with the services been provided by the hotel staff. Highly recommended.❤️

The hotel, breakfast, staff, accommodations, rooftop pool & bar and proximity to beach were excellent. . Heard a longtail boat to Railway Beach for sunset is amazing. Tried to do, but bad weather rolled in. The town of Ao Nang Beach was too busy and touristy for us. Very aggressive vendors along the main road made it loose it's charm. Note: If you take a boat to the islands, make sure it is private or a small tour. We were herded like cattle to different islands that were so busy in the off season.

Good location, close to the beach and boat trips. Stuff was helpful with room problems. Upon arrival, we were given a room with dirty bedsheets, an unclean floor, and a very strong moldy smell. Only after complaining for the third time were we finally offered to move to another room. Unfortunately, the second room was not much better – while the mold smell was less intense, it was still noticeable, there were ants in the room, and there was very high humidity throughout both rooms, which made the stay quite uncomfortable. The issues continued at breakfast, where the dishes were visibly dirty, especially the milk pitchers, which was quite off-putting.
