Nothing. The staff was rude, they couldn’t be bothered to have a normal conversation, the room doesn’t look nothing like the photos, it was appalling. It was unclean, mark on wall, dirty floors, the front door barely could open,felt like it was going to break. The only decent thing about this hotel is it’s in a good location to everything.

Location The reception staff . The girl was so rude. This was a first with us . We have been to Krabi four times. First time, we stayed in this hotel. It’s just not worth it except the location. If you want to experience what we experienced, ask her about the pool towels( they don’t provide pool towels). They would shout at you in Thai and expect you to know all their rules. No hospitality, no smile when you check in and she won’t even talk to you if you ask something . She would talk to the guy in Thai and then give you a look. It was not just us, there were four other couples and families checked in with us and we all had the same experience . Krabi people are so nice and good hosts but this experience ruined our mood.

Rooms were clean but towels were old and torn. Had to ask for cleaning service couple times. Good location for party animals. The guy working the front desk! The shower. Having to ask for services. Very loud music at bars next door.

7/11 and McDonald's opposite. Exchange counter out front. Many restaurants nearby. Hard to get to pool. Long walk.

Is very good for the price that I pay, clean, with a good space, people friendly and a good pool but for the ones that need to sleep with no sound at all, you will heard a little bit of the party’s. But for me it wasn’t a problem at all. the shower in my room wasn’t fixed in the wall, just saying for to fix for the next.

This hotel has the worst service I have ever encountered. At first, I thought the bad mood of the woman at the reception was due to a bad day or her not feeling well, but later I realized that this is her usual state. She was rude not only to me but also to other hotel guests. She was in no hurry to solve problems and, on the contrary, did everything to make guests nervous and ensure their issues remained unresolved. I specifically chose a room with high-speed internet, but in the end, I was placed in a room where there was no internet at all—none! I contacted the staff, and they took turns coming to the room to check the network, but of course, there was none. I approached the woman at the reception and asked her to either fix the internet or move me to another room. Her response was, "Those who need Wi-Fi buy a SIM card" (even though I have a SIM card, I need the internet for work—it's different!!!). I asked her to resolve the issue, but she simply started ignoring me, not answering questions, and going about her business. I have never seen worse treatment of a guest in any hotel!!!! As a bonus, there was music from a nearby bar. Keep in mind that it’s not just loud—it feels like you’re lying in the middle of a dance floor!!!! The room had a musty smell. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone if you don’t want to ruin your stay.

Hôtel is new and clean. Pool is nice Lady manager worst ever. Never had someone that rude. They provide tea/coffee maker but no cup and when i asked for a cup she told me off and said go to 7eleven and buy your cup!!. Other reviews are also mentioning how bad she is If she is the manager please fire her, if she is the owner, then quit your job and go find some other job where u wont interact with customer.. Just another note, which we can all live with but no curtain in the shower, wifi didnt reach my bed so price tag for a night is not worth it
