Old Property. The Room AC are not working well / Humidity Smell and Humid Floor even if the AC is put on High ( Noisy AC). Bathroom is smelly ( Sewage Problem) . Poor Buffet Breakfast

Krabi Tipa is fabulous! The location is near everything, yet you don’t feel like you are in a busy area. The view is the best in Ao Nang! The property is very quiet, the staff is friendly and helpful. We were here for about two weeks, and enjoyed every minute of it!

The infinity pool (in the picture) is amazing! A great place to relax with one of the best views possible! The vertical climb to a room upon returning is exhausting, and though we were brought up in a golf cart on check-in, that was the only time. Also, wear and tear on the property shows.

Location it’s the best thing about this place, views are good, rooms are clean but small for my taste, but overall way to good for the prices, you can just walk and go anywhere with no problem. If you stay in a room with rooms, you’ll almost forced to use the buggies service, unless you wanna take that walk to you room, the issue comes when you go out for the nightlife and come back very late, you can still get the buggy service because it’s 24 hours, but at late night, it feels uncomfortable ask for it, staff it’s sleeping at the desk, and feels like they get mad people wake them up because it’s late night, but it’s supposed to be part of the Job and expect people doing that all the time since it’s a very touristic zone.

Nothing. Just the view is good. But the resort was bad and unhygienic. Very disappointing experience for a 4-star resort, especially during our honeymoon. The first room (917) was old, dirty, poorly maintained, and had insects/ants inside. We were moved to Room 822, which was slightly better but still had insects and old, unsatisfactory bedding. A huge part of our first day was wasted dealing with complaints, room inspections, and contacting Booking.com instead of enjoying our vacation. One male receptionist his name was Bowaloi was rude and pressuring, repeatedly calling us and even asking us to leave the room and wait at reception while the issue was discussed with Booking.com. The resort is clearly understaffed and service is very slow. Bringing an iron took around 40 minutes, and we were later told the entire resort only has TWO irons and only two buggies for such a huge property — unbelievable. I do want to thank Jasmine at reception, who was kind, professional, and the only staff member who genuinely tried to help and improve the situation. The hotel does have a nice view and a good location, but the property itself is old and clearly in need of renovation. It feels like management is not interested in properly upgrading or maintaining the hotel to match the standards they advertise. Overall, not worth the amount paid and nowhere near the standard expected from a 4-star hotel. Do not book here if you expect quality, comfort, and good hospitality.

Replace the pool table.

The pools were nice and the views are great from the Mood cafe and the infinity pool. The rooms are basic and there is no storage for clothes so the whole time we had to keep it in our suitcases. There were a lot of bugs that were attracted by the over the door light ( could not turn it off) so they would get in the room when opening and closing the door at night. There is no laundry facilities at the resort.

Our room was fairly spacious and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location of the hotel was great - within walking distance to the local beach, cafes, restaurants and amenities. The housekeeping staff were excellent, as were the staff at the tour desk who helped us to book a couple of island tours during our stay. The buffet breakfast offered a good selection of western and local options. We also enjoyed relaxing at the rooftop infinity pool - it has good views overlooking Aonang town and the ocean. The decor of the hotel was a bit dated and some areas were in need of maintenance, but the grounds and garden were immaculate.

All good. From property to staff. If any concern, it’s that there is a lot of hills for anybody with walking issues, but they do have golf carts to drive you around if needed.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made me feel very welcome throughout my visit. The hotel itself was very clean and well-maintained, which made the experience even more comfortable. I especially loved the beautiful view — it really added something special to my stay. Overall, it’s a lovely hotel with great service, and I would definitely recommend it to others.
