Didn't like the cigarette smoke smell that came in our bathroom vents for 3 days. Or the cigarette smoke smell coming in from our air conditioner because the ash tray was right next to our air conditioner. I moved it down a window to the person who was smoking. Had to run the dryer twice on all loads of laundry as well. Daughter ended up sick for 3 days due to the cigarette smoke.

The room was clean and the bathroom with shower was ok. The door fit a bit loose when closed, but stayed closed if the bottom of the door was pushed tight. The pillows were not comfortable. Road noise was present.

We liked that we could turn the A/C system on "fan" mode at night so the unit would not turn on and off all night, making rather a "white noise" which is always helpful.

Saturday morning breakfast was delicious! many options. very convenient location for mile of music, just down the road, wouldn't walk it, but easy drive.

Breakfast exceptional Key cards needed adjustment 5 times in 5 days.

Room smelled. There was a tornado, and the hotel did not reach out to guests at all to offer any information or assist.

Nice clean budget stay during Oshkosh.

1. Shower was good. 2. No hangers to hang cloths. No Ironing Board to press cloths. 3. A/C produced moist air not good for Asthmatic lungs Overall, hard to find the facility. It is hidden and no direct road access. Driving path under construction. Occupant of Room 301 smoked awful tobacco, outside the door. This made entering Room 302 very unhealthy. Being a smoke free rooms, occupants must not smoke in the entrance ways. Facility needs upgrade and adherence to strict healthy environments. Thanks!

TV didn't work, coffee maker didn't work, pet upcharge that was not noted at time of booking. All sadly just "noted" by staff. Coffee was really bad too...

Everything is great except they like to book folks next to eachother, probably trying to make it easy for the housekeeping crews. However, walls are thin so when my neighbors were making noise, I could hear everything. I come for work alone 12hr days and some night shifts on the highway as a heavy equipment operator. I’ve expressed my need for quiet many times but the memo doesn’t always get to all the front desk clerks.

We weee here for a wedding and also business. The place was good but towels were limited. The carpet looked old otherwise it’s quiet and ok for a night or two.
