We had the entire Hotel to ourselves during rain season. Jan, James and the rest of the staff did an amazing job of taking care of us. We jammed with them together in the evening, played a little football together and were recommended a tour to the waterfalls, rice fields and black monkey forest which was really nice. Overall the experience was really relaxing and peaceful compared to busy Kuta. The views are also really nice and they make great local traditional sasak food. Honestly, no compliants. We had a great time!

I never stayed there???? They said booking.com didn’t send us a reservation!! I had to leave and they were very rude.

Very friendly staff and helpful team. The air conditioning in our unit was leaking, but we weren’t too worried.

The staff was very friendly and very helpful. The rooms were clean with good water pressure and hot water. The breakfast was good and the food off the menu was good. The location was convenient.

This property is by far amenities wise the best in Tetebatu, they have large rooms, the most amazing swimming pool looking out over the rice fields, tea, coffee, hair dryer and everything you need at an exceptional price! Not only is the hotel wonderful but the STAFF! What can I say, as a female solo traveller I am always a bit nervous staying new places but the staff Rocky & Daniel made me soon feel like part of the family, Rocky even helped me to take my drone to get fixed showing me some amazing landmarks on the way! Cant recommend this place enough, beautiful hotel & such friendly people running it! I will be back in January and can’t wait - thank you guys ? Nothing everything was great.

It’s one of the few places with swimming pool and AC in Tetebatu. A higher standards that the B&B around for sure. The included breakfast was good. Staff is all over it. The place is not new so shows some signs of aging. Wifi bad in the rooms

Nice rooms and resort with big pool, nice staff Electricity inside the room is dangerous, cables open. Kitchen need to be paint. They charged me for breakfast tea extra 20k just because they put ginger inside. Also they should used notes when I ordering food and drinks, 2x they forget about my coffee. Also not all food available from the menu even the resort was full.
