Great friendly staff

The main plus was the extreme cleanliness of the room. That said, it was a bit worn down and the air conditioning was so loud it was hard to talk or sleep in our room. The pool was tiny (max capacity of 5) and cold, so we only ended up using it for a few minutes. The staff we encountered were friendly. The breakfast was as expected.

We use the pool. It was clean. Bath was a roll in which I requested. It was huge. No issues. Carpet lean and the coffee bar well stocked. Nice choices at breakfast.

Good staff clean hotel every good

I’ve come to expect a superior experience via Bon Voy and Springfield Suites often provides the expected level of property and service. This Arden Hills hotel did meet/exceed that level…very satisfied. And local shopping and restaurants within 1-2 minute drive, I found useful and helpful

Breakfast was great. They had a great selection and what I had (the croissant and waffle) were very good. The door to our room was a bit tricky. You had to pull it towards you to open it. I originally thought our key was not working correctly. The barn door on the bathroom is very, very pretty but the frosted glass lights up the room where people are sleeping.

What I like about the hotel it was close by everything I had to go to and be around What I didn’t like about the hotel what’s the breakfast wasn’t good and loud noise is the kids supposed to run it up and down the hallway knocking on doors like they get no rest. No sleep. I called downstairs like three times so I checked out really early so I’m upset about that

Was nice until the fire alarm went off at 5am no staff to tell us what was going on until the actual fire department said it was safe to return, we were so frustrated
