It was ok. We’ve stayed at quite a few Springhill Suites. This might have been the worst one. Nothing great about it. A bit dirty. Breakfast wasn’t great, they couldn’t keep the coffee full, and when they brought it out it was terrible. Cleaning staff had the cart in the middle of the hall. Just generally didn’t seem like the employees had their stuff together.

Quiet hotel with easy access to highways 694 and 36. Room was spacious and well thought- out. Breakfast was a step up from typical free breakfast, with a great selection and many oatmeal toppings. Staff were couteous, and the public spaces were very clean. Noticed a number of business travelers staying. Would recommend and will stay again.

Passable

Throughout our stay, house keeper replenished our suite that sleeps 7 people with exactly one caffeinated coffee pack & exactly one sugar pack .. enough for one person to make coffee. 1 out of 7 people had a good day. Wow!

Decent breakfast. Clean room. Plenty of Parking spots available. Next to the highway. Location was great

I did need to ask for another set of bed linens to be able to use both the sofa and the trundle for the girls. Also needed to request trash pickup mid stay as there is no longer daily housekeeping (as is common with hotels now). Both times the requests were honored after a short delay.

Spacious, clean room with a huge closet. Bathroom was spotless. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was ok. Never made it to the section with waffles because the line was always so long. Overall good experience and I would stay there again.

Clean room with updated interior would stay again.

The rules are very nice and clean. The buildings are very clean and the people are nice. The food is good. Better pillows

Good stay just thin walls but no after hours noise

I like about property that it’s not loud. Maybe just when other rooom and I can hear little bit.

Great breakfast, clean, slept well there, easy to get into and leave again. Safe neighborhood close to many stores and restaurants

The only negative was hordes of pre-teen soccer kids running through the breakfast area and the hallways.
