Best Western Plus St. Paul North/Shoreview

The room was smelly and damp, which made it really difficult to sleep in. I'm normally a big fan of Best Western properties, but this one was a bit older and seemed to be neglected. I'd look for a newer BW property to stay in.

Hot tub was out of order.

The overall experience was good but it was weird they wanted to know who was sleeping in each of the 4 rooms we rented (kids etc) - seemed a little overbearing.

Staff was awesome! I of course forgot my toothbrush. They were so kind and helpful. The location is great with walking trails nearby. The Green Mill was also a great place to eat. Will stay here again.

Stayed here before. Was quiet and bed was good. Could update the heating/cooling equipment

Friendly staff, Greenmill food & drinks were great. Vents in room covered in old dust, you could see bed was caved in, old & uncomfortable, I found a dead ladybug under the sheets, toilet was not flushing well, had to have front desk fix it & the AC unit didn’t work well, hot in the room.

Upon check in I was assigned a room that was currently occupied and entered it with tv on, receptionist apologized reassigned room and second room also appeared to be in use, upon returning to front desk hotel staff accompanied me to “room” and it was clean ready to go however second room number given to me was open tv on and clearly occupied!! Both times I have stayed a very young staff checks in and doesn’t seem to know what she is doing. Senior staff apologized and sent gift card to our room!! Nice hotel just need to better train staff and communicate

Pool is great for kids. The hot tub was broken, but pool entertained the kids. Rooms are clean, staff is friendly, and breakfast had lots of choices! Would stay again!

Quiet property right off the main highway. Staff was excellent at check in & out.

The small stuff means alot: gave us two bottles of water and invited us to use a special fountain of purified water to refill them. A laundry room on 2nd floor. Good breakfast. A business center. Good internet connection.

Just off major roads, near where I was attending a conference, and food on site was amazing. Lots of parking. Clean. NA, it was amazing.

It was being serviced
