The bed was absolutely horrible, the TV did not work on every channel, there was no toilet paper, and there was no hot water

Overflowing trash cans in the outdoor common areas. Pool lounge chairs were all damaged.

The only think I didn’t like was to have coffee before 7 you had to purchase it there through Starbucks! The coffee was good but expensive! As long as you are not a early riser

Staff at check in was friendly and efficient. Property and rooms were clean. Room AC was on so the room was cool upon arrival.
