Red Roof Inn Ardmore

There were bugs crawling on the floor The air-conditioning blew in hot air and humidity all night. Breakfast bar was not restocked at all and there was no coffee. Ice machine was broken.

Was not able to stay at the Red Roof Inn. The first room that I got had someone in it already. When I walked into the second room the air conditioner was in pieces. I went back to front desk to demand a full refund. I had to call the manager to get a refund but he said he had to investigate this and would call me right back. Well it’s been a few days now and I still don’t have my money back.

The room was dirty I stayed in this exact room last week and they had not cleaned a single thing up barely made the beds no light bulbs in the lamps that don't work anyways just no attention to detail legitimately there was mud on the floor that

Dated property, but great staff and everything works.

Room NOT clean had roaches. Paid for a kitchenette there was a dying roach RIGHT next to the stove that wasnt working. Was DOWNGRADED to a room WITHOUT a kitchenette STILL charged the same price.

I had to clean my own room because it was nasty

Room good, busy place.

While checking in they informed me that they didn't have the suite available that I booked. They tried 4 different rooms to put us in. 1st one a/c didn't work, 2nd one shower handle broke off can't shower. 3rd one had overwhelming smell of urine. 4th one we finally agreed to although it WASN'T a suite. It was a standard room. Took a shower and the vent looked like a devise was in the ceiling, very uncomfortable feeling. Pulled the blanket back and OMG! NO! Hair, lots of it. Pubes along with long lady hair. Crumbs, cheeto puff finger markings, stains, DISGUSTING! Not even washed nor cleaned. After 3 hours we checked right back out! Filthy, dirty, NOT ACCEPTABLE. Guy asked what can he do? I said give me a refund, he said he can't. NOT SATISFIED. NOT ACCEPTABLE. MISREPRESENTED.

Nothing is to old broken ceilings bathroom smells bad and beds not comfortable no phone line either not staying there again

Dirty, dark location, dirty towels, stinking room

Everything about this hotel was horrible. Mattresses, garbage and abandoned cars in the parking lot, filthy dirty room with stained sheets and towels, no vending machines or ice

Room decor was nice.

Their was holes in the walls rust in tub and the employees just walk in the room.

Shower did not work and swimming pool was closed.

Bugs everywhere no buffet style breakfast no wakeup call

Beds were surprisingly super comfortable, which was very appreciated after a long road trip day. Unfortunately the rest of the stay was a little rough. Our non-smoking room smelled heavily like cigarettes, there was no toilet paper when we got in, and we even found a toenail on the bathroom floor which definitely wasn’t on our travel bingo card. Staff was polite, but housekeeping could use some attention.

Very dirty. No towels, No toilet papers and cover. Lot of roaches. Please don't book this hotel.

Price and value good.

The 1st room had no fridge or cable box. The 2nd room The staff person killed a roach in front of me there was blood on bed bugs on bed needless to say I didn't stay and couldn't get my money returned!!
