The amenities were convenient and complete: we really enjoyed the pool, the daily breakfast was delicious, and having access to laundry facilities and free ice was a huge plus. Highly recommended!

Everything was great, clean room, friendly staff.

I had two queen beds, of which one had body hair and other debris on the sheets suggesting they were not changed. I used the other bed which had clean sheets. I alerted the desk clerk on check out. In a situation like this, an audit should be performed to verify who ever cleaned this room is following protocol and doing what’s right,

The property was beautiful, clean, great atmosphere and well maintained. I didn't give 5 stars because I had an issue with checking out. It was frustrating that I was down for 1 room for 1 night . Their system had me down for 2 nights and my receipt from Expedia wasn't enough for them to see I had only booked and paid for one night. It was frustrating because it held up our plans for the day because it took 20 min and me trying to call and chat with Expedia before she found my reservation in her system.

Hotel/room was clean. Staff was helpful. Location was great…close to highway, Starbucks, Chili’s, Braum’s, and Whataburger. If needed, would stay here again. Didn’t try the hotel bfast. There was no place to buy water/sofa/snacks at the hotel. Minor thing, but overall stay was good.

I had a wonderful stay. I really liked the personalized welcome with my name displayed on the TV screen in the room. It was a unique touch that made me feel welcomed. The hotel also had great entertainment options, and everything I needed, including restaurants, shops, and attractions, was within walking distance. The convenient location made my stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again.
