Upon returning, the conditions were shocking: Hallway: Unpleasant, musty odor. Main Room: Sticky tile flooring, a hole in the blanket on the window-side bed, and a heavily worn, stained armchair. Bathroom: Loose floor tiles, a shower wall separating from the structural wall, a clump of hair left on the shower shelf, and an empty shampoo bottle. Due to the lack of cleanliness, we skipped showering before departure. We also bypassed the complimentary breakfast because the food was unappetizing and the orange juice tasted heavily watered down. While I recognize a refund is unlikely since we stayed overnight, the property fell far short of acceptable standards and was not worth the rate charged. I have advised my local family never to recommend this location, and I plan to contact management directly.

Room was nice and cold but our mattress was worn out and had a sink hole in it that I slept in all night. But the mattress was soft and comfortable.

The room I rented was a 1-bedroom suite and it smelled like damp stinky carpet. A lady at the pool said she had been there earlier and had requested to be moved. She was there early enough that they got a like room. He could move me but only two a room with 2 beds, no refund go through Expedia. The room was supposed to have a pull-out couch & it did but the normal package of sheets, blanket, & pillows nowhere to be found. I asked the guy at the front desk who was more distracted on his phone. He seemed unaware that this is a standard item. He told me to call him when I needed it because he had to try and find the items. I then told him the room only had one remote but two tv's he tried to tell me that is normal and I said no I need another because we are not sharing remotes from the main room to the living room that is insane. He called to see where he could get another turns out there happened to be one on his desk. We had two bath towels in the bathroom even though I had listed 4 guests on the reservation. Had to ask for that. Went to the pool and they were out of pool towels had to ask again for towels. Breakfast wasn't bad but they didn't put much out. We got there at 8, and they seemed to be out of everything, yogurt, sausage, bread, bagels. My daughter went a half hour before and said there was no food she complained at the desk. Her room was disgusting as well, hairs in the bathroom towels and tub. Lots of guests complaining. Stay somewhere else!

The AC wasn't cooling as much as other hotels and from what I was hearing from other visitors we weren't the only ones. Beds are comfortable. We had trouble with our t.v but the front lady help us out right aways. She was supper nice.

The evening and morning staff were great. My room was nice. The tv remote wasn't working properly and I called the front desk and they brought a replacement. I had to tell the kitchen that they'd run out of sausage patties and coffee but they took care of that right away.

I was a solo female traveler and felt very uncomfortable when checking in at night. The man behind the desk said my room number out loud when there was a group of men standing right behind me. The whole experience made me feel uncomfortable.

Room was nice and clean,rest rooms were great walk in shower as well,breakfast was pretty good.I do appreciate they had me closet to the exit as I requested. The young lady who cleaned up rooms(7/24/2026)was super cool!! I forgot her name but she was very polite and welcoming.I wish I could remember her name. The older women in kitchen was very nice as well.I must say the Older gentleman with the tattoo on his arm was very cool as well. My 1st night,I didn't feel safe. There were guys out in the lot closet to the building drinking for awhile,didn't know if they were guest or worked there.2nd,the side exit door closest to my room didn't lock at all during my stay.That door would slam shut hard bit not lock and kept me up few nights.I had to remove items from my vehicle every night from my vehicle as well cause I didn't want broken into and stolen. My key pass didn't work every night I came back to my room,one night waited 25 to 30 minutes for clerk to come up and heard he was smoking in back lot.I am a cool forgiving person but felt kinda creeped out as if I was being watched and place wasnt secure. I also thought it was strange to have 3 pillows on king size bed but they good pillows non the less.

Excellent. Only drawback were some unidentified spots on bathroom floor that should have been mopped before we checked in.

Terrific location

Clean room and a great price. Breakfast was great. Close to restaurants and events. Personal was superb!!

We stayed 2 nights to go Square Dancing and getting into that soft, plushy, comfy bed after dancing for hours was heaven. Place was clean, well maintained, breakfast had protein (eggs and sausage) and staff was friendly and helpful. Will go back next year for more dancing.

This is a non-smoking property, so the rooms and hallways smelled fresh. Our bed was extremely comfortable and our room was quiet and dark. The staff were kind, friendly and accommodating. The complementary breakfast was good. Roasted potatoes, scrambled eggs, sausage and waffles along with other options. Many chain and local eating places nearby to walk or drive to. Easy access off I-35. We will be back.
