Stayed a few time and always clean and quiet

Excellent service, excellent room. Nice place and quiet.

This place definitely does a shine job on their pictures. The 1st room looked like I was about to get trafficked in. The windows didn't lock, the door had such a gap that even when it was shut, you could see through to the outside. Someone had kicked a hole in the back of the bathroom door. There were places in the floor that felt like if I stepped down too hard I would go through. I was honestly surprised not to find a severed head in the fridge. No fitted sheets on the platform beds, everything was grungy. The room they moved me too was only slightly better.

I got to the hotel very late (maybe midnight). The person that received me told me that my room wasn’t ready, and that I had to wait about a half hour. He told me that my room was being cleaned. I had booked the room several hours before the normal check in time. I had to sit in my car until almost 1am (my wait was close to an hour) for a text to return to the desk for a room and a room key. Pretty terrible, at that hour. To try to appease me, they offered me free late checkout and no hold fee, neither of which I was interested in. Otherwise my stay was fine.

Way too much noise from room next door, way into the night. No sound deadening insulation between rooms. No cups in the room or bathroom. Limited stations on 📺

Room was great and cozy. I always stay here when I need to stay in the white plains / Ardsley area.

We were in a building away from the main hotel. Parking and area near that building needed some maintenance. The room was clean. Breakfast was basic. Staff were pleasant and helpful.

Parking in front of your room. The grounds are beautifully well kept! Always see Maintenance doing work to improve the building and grounds. Room is Always clean Housekeeping is really good here 🙏 Safe neighborhood too.
