Nicely appointed rooms, well maintained property. Good location near other amenities. Room didn’t have soap or towels available, but was remedied quickly.

Great location, close and walking distance to shopping and dining options. The A/C was hard to figure out. I could change the thermostat higher the 65deg. At a certain point I just turned it off but for some reason there was a ceiling mounted air vent that continued to blow cold air into the room. So the room was cold all night. Luckily the blankets were warm enough.

The room was clean but I’ve never been charged $3 for water ever. And told even tho I’m a Hilton member because I booked thru Expedia they would charge me $3 per bottle of water they left in the room!!! Shame on Hilton

Hospitality and customer service needs improvement

Everything was great except the pillows were very soft. Didn’t sleep well because of it but everything else was amazing! Safe, clean, respectful staff

This property was very clean and the front desk employees were hospitable!

The towel situation was absolutely absurd. They were cleaning carts, however, originally we were told we couldn’t leave our used towels with them. I needed to take them down to the front desk. We weren’t able to be given any towels from the cart and needed to get all towels from the front desk. There was a flavored water provided daily, however, it appeared to be gone within an hour and was never restocked.

Staff was very kind and helped make the stay more peaceful. We were traveling with kids, and the hotel felt safe.

We waited two hours for our room because house cleaning was unable to get into rooms and communicate to the front seat to advise which rooms were available.

This was my first time staying at this location and it was an amazing experience. The supervisor, Monique Morgan, tended to me and she was extremely professional, very courteous, and a genuinely kind person. She greeted me with a smile and accommodated my needs! She made my stay a memorable one! The room was very large and extremely clean. I am looking forward to staying here again!

I asked, and I was given a bag that had a towel, a new bar of soap, and a roll of toilet paper. The breakfast, not included, was always out and not replaced. Although they did have coffee. The coffee maker in my room was not working; the first night the peephole was half open, I stuffed a tissue in it. The second night it was fixed, but not the coffee maker. So many things were in disarray; my room was not vacuumed, so I got a small splinter in it. Staff were nice; they tried.

Conveniently located to many stores/shops 1 treadmill broken, treadmills dirty from other guests sweating on them. Parking too pricey.

Stayed for business and the room was nice and clean. Bed was comfortable, staff was helpful, breakfast was decent for hotel breakfast. I will be staying again on my next trip.
