Great place, as always! We've been there for 20 days and every of them was peaceful and quiet. The owner, as always, is very respectful and charming. The mistress, as always, is quite positive and helpful. The view and the local cats are great too! Great place, as always. Good job, Gevorg & Aiqush! We'll totally visit this place once more!

Freindly sister of the Owner, good homemade breakfast. Short distance to the airport. The facility needs renovation inside and outside. The room was quite noisy. The pricing for extra services (dinner, coffee) is rather high. The Owner is strict and uncompromisingly.

The owner is an amazing guy who is very helpful and honest. I forgot my phone and he called me back to say it and he kept it in a safe place for me to go and get it back. Thank you

The wonderful lady who runs the hotel was helpful and charming. The rooms were spacious, the bed comfortable. Just a bit of road noise, but not too bad.

The cottage was 30 seconds from the beautiful lake shore. The Wi-Fi was excellent. The cottage was equipped with everything we needed. The staff could not have been more helpful. It house was beautifully warm. The cottages could have been better sign posted as it was a little difficult to find.

Excellent hotel, with a very nice owner, Gevorg. He was very helpful, always around, and gave the bet service. Room (deluxe) was very comfortable, clean, with everything that you need, and a beautiful view over the mountain of Ararat from the window. Breakfast was really great: always fresh, different every day, and so much food that would be enough for full day. If you want, Gevorg would cook for you very good food any time for a very affordable price. There is transfer from/to the airport if you need, with an affordable price. Hotel has a very nice court, with a pool and resting area. Staying to this hotel is an enjoyable experience, feeling more like home. Thank you for a wonderful stay, Gevorg! We'll come back to stay at your hotel every time we come to Yerevan.

I like the Both Owner very friendly and warm welcoming even in the middle of the night they have prepared for me & my wife late dinner. Excellent placed to stay.
