This is my go-to hotel when I’m in DC. Always clean, quiet and has friendly staff. Very well-maintained property.

Great home base for our adventures in Washington DC. The Metro is a short walk and there are restaurants and stores right across the street. The staff was friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back!

Staff was amazing. I have a feather allergy, most hotels I go to I have an issue. I called in advance and I am told its fine and it never is. So once again I called and informed them of my allergies and requested a feather free room. I kind of felt like the guy blew me off, he 100% didn't, he was just very efficient. My room was double and triple checked. This was one of the few rooms that I didn't have to call after checking in to have it handled while I wait in the hallway. This was a great experience, the guy remembered me from the phone when I checked in. He was awesome. Super polite, I wish I got his name. Thanks man for looking out for me. I will definitely stay here again.

Good breakfast options. Coffee set up a little before breakfast which I like. Room was clean and well appointed. Location of hotel is great - walkable area with many stores and restaurants. An easy walk to Marine Memorial and Netherlands Carillon.

The breakfast was very good, but having only dark roast coffee was disappointing. The room was very quiet and clean. The mattress was comfortable. It was really very nice, but we are not urban people, so, much as we liked the hotel, we probably won't be back. We visited for a friend's service at Arlington cemetery. We also called within the time frame but didn't get the discounted reserved group rate that should have been available.

I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. I arrived early and thought I’d need to check my bags until I could check in- instead they let me check in early and grab breakfast! The room was spacious and so comfortable. It was easy access to Georgetown and downtown DC and close to the Metro. I like to run so I was able to run to Roosevelt Island every day. It’s very affordable as well. Definitely will stay here again.

The staff was very helpful and went out of their way to accommodate us. Spacious room with a good lay-out for multiple use purposes. We will come back to this hotel for our future DC trips!

This place did exactly as it said in the description. Fully fitted kitchen that allow us to cook and save money by not having to eat out all the time a very good breakfast scrambled eggs made the real eggs. Very helpful staff washing machine and dryer just down the Hall and gym, great Location and a decent price.

We really liked this hotel and would stay there again, if we needed someplace in that area again. It was very clean, well run, and seems to be in a safe area. The staff was very professional, friendly, and courteous towards us. Our room was great and what we expected, based on pictures we saw when we booked it. The only thing we would change, if we could, was the mattresses on the beds. The queen bed mattress was a little too soft and the pull-out sofa bed mattress was too thin and a little soft and lumpy. Also didn't like the pillows (but I usually don't). Too soft and "squishy" for me! Loved the breakfast room! Very clean and plenty of seating choices. The food was pretty decent for a continental breakfast and they never ran out of anything we wanted.

Front desk staff very engaging. A remarkably comfortable bed. Very quiet room. Free breakfast better than my expectations. The room was a bit cold and i couldn’t get it to warm up. Perhaps i am thermostat challenged
