Was walking distance to Metro. Quiet section of town. Clean.

Hair was all over my bed and the cover was dirty! Hair also in the shower

Parking pass was great. The room was big. And well suited.

Overall, very good experience we really like the location grocery stores and restaurants are all nearby as is the metro station. The hotel was very well kept in the staff is friendly and helpful.

It was clean and comfortable, which is all I really wanted. Front staff were super helpful when I left an item on the front desk when checking in.

Every thing was great except for the cafe. 2 mornings in a row I couldn’t get food. The lounge was completely empty and I was told they were too busy to help me. This morning a man took a single order. I then asked for a breakfast burrito. He told me he was too busy. Then he proceeded to drink his coffee and check things off of a list.

We stayed for 4 nights. When I asked for housekeeping to take the garbage out and refreshed the room I was told the housekeeping was already full for the day. They don’t do daily cleaning.

Safe neighborhood, clean, up to date, but the two people in charge of breakfast were not friendly at all. We have never experienced such rude people.

I waited about 10 minutes to check in. Hotel was ok.

Les chambres sont grandes et spacieuses, mais la propreté serait à revoir.. mais c’est acceptable. Le stationnement est spacieux et on peut sortir et entrer sans frais supplémentaires. Le personnel est très serviable. À distance de marche d’une station de métro et de plusieurs commerce et restaurants.

Breakfast - wasn’t worth the price and not much to choose from.

Walked in the guy checking us in was focused on the television cussing because the basketball game was a close call . Finally gave us the key card for the parking because he got distracted once again . Then got to the room and the room had an awful stench ( it smelled like old moldy socks ) I overlooked it and went to bed . The morning the toilet was clogged up called downstairs no answer multiple times I had to go down and ask them to check it seems like multiple times people were having similar issues as I met a girl in the bathroom who had experienced this . The bathroom was small . Then breakfast was limited . Overall I paid over $200 for one night and the service was bad the room was outdated and disappointing in all honesty I had high hopes for this hotel . The lobby is really nice and a distraction from the reality of the dated rooms . My biggest issue is they desperately need customer service training

Hotel is in serious need of upgrade. Bathroom was pathetically small, single basin sink. Beds were comfortable but we had no linens for the pullout, which had a large stain on mattress which they had to switch out. The conditioner holder in shower was EMPTY! Breakfast is a joke! Little Starbucks counter consists of overpriced egg sandwiches, pastries and cereal. Do yourself a favor and use the Starbucks 2min away. Overall a great moderately priced base for our activities.

The location was great, and the staff was professional. A couple of the outlets were in bad shape and hanging out of the wall, other than that I had a pleasant stay. I would stay here again.

The promise of "free breakfast" was the differentiating factor and reason we ultimately stayed here. Only to find out that free breakfast here meant a voucher for a terrible pastry. Weak.

Bed was comfortable, property was clean. It lacked complementary amenities like available coffee and water for guests and the restaurant hardly ever seemed to be open after breakfast

Staff and location are very good.

Slightly musty smell and noisy AC/Plumbing/Refrigerator but not overwhelmingly noisy. I was surprised to see the old popcorn ceiling many of which contain asbestos. But it shouldn't be dangerous as long as it's not disturbed.
