The Westin Arlington

Staff were very accommodating and helpful, especially reception staff. Barely had to wait during check-in process. The lobby of this hotel always smells so nice, I feel so welcomed as soon as I walk in. Room was clean and provided amenities are appreciated. I've stayed at this hotel previously, because I knew that it was a very close walk to the DC metro as well as having a lot of restaurants and shops within the area. I hope to be able to stay here again during another trip to DC.

Staff was very professional and polite. The hotel is self use a little updates but other than that it was very clean very nice. It is located plenty of food and other stores within walking distance.

Room was perfect

Rooms had dirty/ makeup stained towels, the sink in rms would fill up randomly from the drain then go back down often. Large roach in the hallway (we stepped on it). Pool and HOT tub cold. Staff and bar were excellent.

This excellently located property needs some extra attention to detail as it ages. The carpet on our seventh floor hallway needs to be replaced. This was the second time we stayed in the hotel where we reported mold around the bathtub. The bathroom sink didn't drain and the phone didn’t work. But the Westin bed is still lovely and the staff here is nice. And one more thing…we never received any information before or during check in on breakfast options, so we went elsewhere for breakfast.

Great stay

The stay was fine except for the mouse in my room.

Nothing to write home about and the valet was never at his post

The front desk staff was very friendly. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The shower was awesome with great shampoos and conditioner. I will stay here again .

The staff were exceptionally helpful concerning establishing internet connections - which for some reason were difficult in the hotel.

My room had a faulty ac unit excessively loud at start and worst when shutting down. This equates to very poor sleep

If you are female, take a shower cap as one is not provided. Staff was helpful and professional. Breakfast ordered off the menu was good and 1/2 portion options made it better.

Hot tub needs to be upgraded.

We observed several mice in the Commentary Social House on 7/17. They were reported to management there and to the front desk the follow morning. There was also lot of road noise.

Starbucks in the Lobby was Great! One Elevator down for duration of trip. Break Buffet was good, but selection limited given price. Best Shower Head Ever! Overall Pleasant Stay.

Make sure the hotel doesn't charge you extra for room changes that may occur

Clean convenient quiet comfortable The waiter at the restaurant was a little attitudish , he was mad that we wanted plastic wear for breakfast, everyone doesn’t eat from silverware unless it’s their own.
