Parking is an issue in this hotel, even if you pay for parking the space is limited and if you get there late at night there are no parking spots.

Breakfast was good. Room was nice and clean, Location is great and safe.

Great location, close to a Metro stop, restaurants and shopping. Good breakfast with large lobby area for working or meeting with a small group.

I went to DC to attend the burial at Arlington of my oldest friend and USN fellow Navy Nurse. The location of this residence Inn was perfect...close to Reagan Airport, and 1.3 miles from Arlington. The room was spotless, and comfortable. There were 2 of us staying there. I took the sleeper sofa and my friend had the ? King sized bed. Both were very comfortable. My only negative was the sofa bed wasnt made. We founds clean sheets in the dresser, but the blanket was VERY small ( maybe twin size?) and extremely thin. I asked for an additional blanket and the front desk sent up another tiny thin blanket. If you ever see this review, Marriot, PLEASE switch to larger, thicker blankets. Air conditioning is very cold, and necessary in this heat. Another plus of the location is the many restaurants within easy walking distance. VERY thin , small blanket for the sleeper sofa...too small to even tuck in. And too thin to keep me warm in the aircon.

I had a great experience during my stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was excellent, very friendly, and helpful throughout my visit. The only issue was that the hot tub in the pool area was not working properly and the bubbles were not functioning. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would recommend this hotel.

Awesome hotel.

This is our go to when we come in for the Race For Hope DC. This was our third year at this hotel. Conveniently located, and can walk to area restaurants. Hot tub and pool are a big plus.

One day breakfast egg dish in muffin papers were not fully cooked, may have been a misunderstanding on part of staff heating food as next time they were offering them, no muffin paper and they were fine.

Everything was as we'd hoped! Too bad we didn't get to take advantage of the kitchenette, pool, hot tub, or free breakfast. Next time!

Rooms were well equipped and quite spacious. Well situated for the metro with restaurants and shops nearby. Would have liked room to be cleaned/serviced every day. Breakfast was ok but basic.

Close to a pizza place It was very hard to navigate

Two nights stay for my wife and I'm , 73 and 69 years old. Nice hotel very clean, secure, localization, good breakfast not the best compared with others hotel's. Complete kitchen and big room's but expensive parking $39 pe night.

The location is great and the cleaning staff were excellent. It is great having a kitchen and laundry. The air conditioning is so loud. This is our second year staying here and it is still the same.

This hotel was really nice it was a home away from home. I would definitely stay again! Nice Restaurant's and stores in walking distance.

Noisy at 4:30am but otherwise nice stay and left before breakfast so never got to enjoy that
