It had parking 24 h which was very good. The breakfast was good and the personnel was very kind. They gave us water when we arrived. Answered all our questions and suggested places to eat. I didn't like that the room we were in was directly above a liquor store which made a lot of noise in the late night. I also did not like the fact that the room was in front of a pool bar which also closed late and the light came through the room. For some reason one day they entered to clean the room took the hand towell and did not replace it. The bed was squeaky and the room floor was not very clean.

Great location, just about a quarter Ile walk from the central park, beautiful church, restaurants , shops and a great feel for Armenia. Since there are only fans, no AC it can get warm in the summer months.

Probably the room temperature, windows not know if it was because of the fact the kitchen was right next to it but it was so hot we felt we were drawing in a pool of heat. The pillows were too soft. I wish they could have been a tad thicker or harder.

The staff and specially the beds, they were comfy. The shower at the room provide were not okay

The only issue I think worth mentioning is that is it right next door to their parking garage, so that is another convenience if you have to park a vehicle but for me, the smell of the fumes from the vehicles can penatrate into the rooms and I get nauseous from that smell.. Otherwise I would have given a rating of 10 out of 10 instead of a 8/9 rating. The staff, especially the ladies that serve breakfasts are very polite and greet you with authentic smiles each morning. Also there is a great restaurant two blocks, short walk called Jardin Monteñero. Great food. Great service.

The hotel was clean and had a a good breakfast. There was one issue and the manager was very responsive and able to address my concerns. I would say this is a great place to stay while visiting Armenia.

They advertised one price online, but when you arrive, they charge you extra, even if you specifically chose a twin bedroom. Additionally, if you are a Colombian citizen, they impose an extra fee just for your nationality.

It is centrally located and easy to get too. The hot water finished too quickly

Very convenient for the bus terminal via taxi and central to the town. Very clean and modern. Spacious room. Breakfast adequate. As room was overlooking the road it was noisy but only stayed for one night so acceptable.

Had read in some reviews that it was noisy, particularly because of the carpark, however, we thought it was absolutely fine - have actually been in noisier hotels! I suppose just take earplugs in case of any noise if you're a light sleeper. We hired a motorcycle to visit Salento, Valle Del Cocora, Circasia, Filandia and Pereira, so it was great to be able to park it at the hotel. The hotel was in a good, central location, the staff were nice and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable.

Its so warm at the third floor

Good location, very clean and friendly staff. Rooms without outside view windows, they are located to an inside court above the parking lot.

simple breakfast but it is enough for me. the location is on the 2nd floor. I am ok with all the things.
