Hotel Confortel

Very professional hosts and friendly. It was a great place to rest a couple of days between activities. Close to Bolivar plaza and plenty of downtown around to visit, yet in a quiet spot to rest away from the noise.

The breakfast was delicious. The location is central. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the rooms were impeccably clean. Everything was excellent.

Pleasant

The hotel provides you with a towel and a couple of soap pieces. You can buy shampoo or other amenities as toothpaste, razor-blades... there. I recommend you to have the breakfast there, the price is fair, really good and it is made by the owners, I am sure you will enjoy it. They really procure customers get everything they might need and ensure that their stay is comfortable enough. 100% recommended. Very important thing, there is hot water! I miss more towels, for example, for the face and also a thicker blanket.

Basic hotel but comfortable and clean and close to both the centre of town and the bus station. The staff were lovely - all very friendly and helpful, and the coffee in reception was a bonus. I would recommend this hotel and would stay here again. Wifi signal was a bit sporadic, but not a deal-breaker.

What a cool place. Staff is super helpful, friendly and just a pleasure to interact with. The hotel is well kept, with these cool sitting areas located on each floor. It is located in a colorful, vibrant neighborhoodarea in the center of the city. An old neighborhood that is a friendly and comfortable slice of Colombia worth enjoying.knowing. Of course, less than a 5-minute walk to Bolivar Plaza and you can have a more upscale modern look at shopping, eating, and just hanging out in Colombia. I won’t be staying anywhere else when I am in Armenia

I stayed twice at this hotel in the center of Armenia. I left my heavy suitcase there and just took my smaller backpack to travel around the coffee region. The staff were very friendly and kind. They helped carry my stuff up and down all the steps, offered me a little cup of coffee at the reception, helped me order food to be delivered., and phoned for a taxi. The price was very reasonable. The room was fine and the TV got Netflix, a very nice bonus. The bed was pretty comfortable. There was a small sofa where I could put my luggage. There were two minor problems. The room had no air conditioning and there was just a very small fan high up on the wall, which was quite noisy and didn’t offer much cooling. Armenia can get pretty warm. The shower did not have hot water unless you turned the pressure way down, so the small amount of water you got was fairly hot. Despite these problems I found the hotel suited my other needs and would recommend it for a night or two.

Friendly reception staff and clean rooms. Not far from bus terminal. 24h reception I believe so great if you arrive late by bus.
