The location is great. walking distance to moist things in the city. food and shopping close and a short walk to immigration. the room was a good size, shower was hot and the bed was firm. we booked a room for a same day stay. we received a message that said we should pay a deposit 5 days before the stay. Obviously difficult and on Booking it was "Cancel anytime". we requested a quiet room and were told that would be no problem, we booked the most expensive room they had so that we might have some choice. The building has a central chimney shape with the rooms around the centre open space. a good design for ventilation and a bad design for noise. there was a conference being held and we could here the conversation of one woman like she was in the room with us. then the people downstairs started to discuss something local and again we could hear it clearly. there was a drip like sound every 4 seconds all night and that may sound trivial , but it was like someone dropping a folded blanket onto the floor from 2 meters (every 4 seconds) all night. there was soap in the bathroom, nothing else. the pillows must be covered by a protective material. the material this hotel chose is a thick plastic sleeve that the pillow case doesn't quite cover. simply an uncomfortable experience. looking after the asset and not the customer. our requests seemed more of an inconvenience that an opportunity to help. over all a poor experience with no quality sleep. This btw was the most expensive room in Armenia that was available on the night. 245k pesos; like a cheap hotel in the usa. however an expensive hotel in Colombia.

The check in was easy and smooth. The location was near a lot of nice shops and places to have a drink . The staff was helpful and kind. Everything was good.

The room was spacious and nice, not too fancy nor too poor and everything was clean. - The fan had nowhere to plug in near the wall and was static, we had to pivot and disconnect the TV to connect the Fan. - Too Noisy, literally you can hear everything that happens outside your room, even people stepping in the ladder on their way to their rooms, baby crying, etc - the location is located downtown and honestly, there is nothing good to check nearby.

Nothing to talk about

Great location but this all what can be said about this hotel. Pictures do not reflect actual rooms. Our room had no window at all - only ventilation grill which was even worse than if it would not be there at all as we were getting street noise inside the room as we would sleep literally on the street. Other rooms got windows which are facing staircase in the hotel so whenever somebody is passing by the light on the hall goes on day and night. Although in the pictures you can see modern aircon unit - our room had none! Only noisy old fan. Shower was a pipe sticking from the wall so no actual shower head. Pillows were plastic pillows (you read it right!) in cotton cover but it was the most uncomfortable sleep. Not sure what it’s the purpose of this hotel - if it’s for one hour visitors for a quickie perhaps that works but it’s definitely not the place to have restful night.

The hotel was well located in the middle of a busy shopping district. We had a basic room. It had no windows and no airconditioning, so it was very damp and clammy. Horrible… The shower lacked a shower head (see photo). We complained but according to the staff there was nothing wrong. Luckily we got another room, but it was basically the same: also no windows.

Friendly staff, great location, big and comfortable room. The staff helped us get our clothes washed for a reasonable price. The rooms had very little sound proofing. We were disturbed both by sounds form inside the hotel and from the street outside.

Located on a primary walking street full of shops, restaurants, and near a city park. Large, humble lobby with lots of light. Very large, spacious room with sofa (we had two double beds). Relatively comfortable bed. Friendly staff. Shower had lots of hot water (but no shower head). Power socket close to beds. Clean room and facility. Free Wifi worked great. Room looked nothing like the photo. Only accepted cash (couldn’t pay with credit card). Shower had no shower head. Bedside light fixtures didn’t work. Hard to find with GPS for someone unfamiliar with the city as it’s in the middle of a walk-only street and busy one-way streets. Parking lot was also hard to find and a little far away, but secure and had ample parking (once we found it). Room had a large window but faced into the lobby (internal room) so no view.

- Cleaningness - Staff was ready tp help and moved us to another room after experiencing issues with electricity/ - The room we were assigned had a bad electrical issue. For some reason I decided to plug a lamp to an extension behing the bed and it blew. Fortunately I did that before plugging any phone or laptop. They changed us to another room readily but is a shame they rented a room with such a problem.
