The location is no good, the location is central but the city central is no good little bit dangerous, but the hotel is very good and increíble

I did not know there was a breakfast Would have been nice to have a window that opens to the outside in my room.

The place is a in bad location too much insecurity, near there brothel and homeless. There is not any place near to eat! In addition, you can listen what people talk on the other near Rooms so it bothers me because lately at night I couldn’t rest

I liked the colors of the hotel itself, and the room was very clean and the lounge space nice. Glad to have free water and they looked after my luggage while I was out after checkout. Felt safe and glad there was someone at the desk to help even at 11pm. Location near a large park was cool. Great price for what I got. The smell of fresh paint in the small room was a little intense and the little bedside fan didn't do much, I didn't like how white everything was in the room for such a colorful hotel (maybe a picture on the wall would help?), the size of the ceiling in the bathroom is not great for tall people, the internet speed was atrocious and I was right next to the wifi.

I had a stopover in Armenia for one night, therefore it was good, very clean, warm shower and just a short taxi ride from the bus terminal no free drinking water

This is a great place to stay in Armenia, given the cost benefit. I loved staying at this hotel because of the high quality of service from the Hotel owner Miguel Angel, and ALL of their staff! They were so dedicated and always go the Extra mile to ensure that I was properly covered! Many Thanks to Carolina, and all the receptionists, as well as the charming ladies who do the general cleaning! This was the second time I stayed in this hotel, and I pretend to come back again! A safe place to stay! I recommended 100%! Everything was awesome! Despite there were some challenges with wifi on a specific time, the owner and the receptionist took care of it with a sense of urgency! It was an external problem from the service provider! So it was not their fault!
