Loved the pool!

The restaurants were good. Loved the bar. We had an amazing bartender, Aspen. She was the highlight of the stay. The pool was DIRTY. Its almost like they dont have a bottom cleaner. The build up on the bottom of the pools deterred us from even using the pool. Overall, we wouldn't to back. But if we go back to okiboji, we would go to the restaurant and bar.

Rates seemed really high for our room, coffee machine was down for the most of our time there (really wish there would have been real creamer and tea/hot cocoa for the kids). Along those same lines being that we went here for a family trip it becomes incredibly difficulty and expensive when there is not any continental breakfast available. The pool was also very costly for a family of 5 to swim for a few hours at a time. Attached restaurants were also not the greatest food choices and much too expensive for the quality of food being offered. Our room had leftover trash from previous people, our bathtub was dirty as well, and the hallways were often dirty with crumbs and other items like toilet plungers, toilet paper, and trash that people would set outside their doors. We had some discrepancies with the purchase of our arm bands for swimming which was frustrating and never got resolved. We also spent over $100 on the arcade games split between our kids and walked away with 3 prizes that probably cost about $0.10 each and cards that we couldn’t use all of the credits or tokens on because the games required more credits than “4 remaining” and such. Our overall experience at okibojj itself was great but we will definitely considered staying somewhere else for a multitude of reasons in the future.

The location We did not have hot water one of the mornings we were there. The cable tv was not working; only certain channels came in. Pillows on the couches were dirty. We ran out of toilet paper the morning we were leaving.

Amazing place for both adults and children. Lots to do, great food and places to eat. Nice indoor and outdoor pools. Comfortable room with nice beds and very clean.

It’s super dirty

Love that there was food on facility the waterpark indoor was amazing and proximity to Arnold Park. It’s nice. Didn’t like the outdoor pool wasn’t heated… Didn’t get in because it was so cold. The hotel itself was probably due for an update in regards to rooms flooring and balcony area specifically. Game room was OK but when a grandchild doesn’t wanna go there… That’s something, they always want to go there.

Love the location, the convenience of a full kitchen in the suite, and space. The outdoor pool was freezing! To the point where you never get used to it. It’s a waste of one of the entire amenities. The room was not properly stocked with items for the kitchen. It was not fully cleaned this time.

The outdoor pool was also extremely cold—so cold that it really wasn’t enjoyable to swim in. Thankfully, the indoor pool was great, and the kids enjoyed that much more. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of our room was another major disappointment. There was dirt and grime on the walls and floors, and the ceiling fan had what looked like years of dust built up on it. The room definitely needed a much more thorough cleaning. We also had issues with the TVs not working the way they were supposed to, which added to the frustration. Overall, I think the resort has potential, especially for families, but there are definitely areas that need improvement. Being more upfront about the number of pool passes included with each room, improving room cleanliness and maintenance, and addressing the outdoor pool temperature would make a big difference. Okoboji itself is a beautiful area and a very nice place to visit. We enjoyed the town and our family time there.

Not the cleanest hotel and it is pretty rough around the edges. Needs updating and maintenance. Doors stick and are noisy. Rust in areas. Staff not that friendly as well.

Pillows were nice and it was nice to have access to the waterpark and arcade. The showerhead fell off during my son's shower, there were scuff marks on the doors, the balcony had lots of mildew/mold around the edges.

There wasn't a breakfast

It was a great place. Loved the entire experience.

The room, however, has a bad layout if you’re bringing children with pack n plays. The 1 Bedroom Condo room has a one way in, one way out door so you either have to put the babies in the living room with full light or be very quiet when trying to get out the door. The room was also very dirty and could use an update. I would definitely recommend Bridges Bay to others, especially families, but not the 1 bedroom condo. Bigger is needed.
