Everything else was good other than breakfast, the breakfast tastes was like it’s too old.
-
Amenities were good, having a sliding glass door to an outdoor patio for our room was a bonus
-
The lights were poor as you walk into the room.
-
Amenities good and check in quickly

The front desk was not manned all the time. There were no towels at the indoor pool as promised. They tried to run the room charges two days before we even checked in. Under new management since we were there 4years ago and the breakfast is now a joke. Runny scrambled eggs and all stuff is served in crock pots. I know the place is old but there things tat could be done to improve it. Will not recommend to anyone and never to return.

Staff refused to connect me with management after 4 complaints. Room was infested with ants, crickets & gnats. You can smell the water damage as soon as you walk in the hotel. In the room we stayed in if anyone used the facilities in the room connected to ours the water would flood into our bathroom onto the floor through the wall. There was rust on all the door frames and metals in the bathroom. The tiles in the bathroom looked close to falling down. There was garbage randomly strewn about the room. The amenities were disgusting, outdated and falsely advertised on their website. The indoor pool looked like it was falling apart, the hot tub was like warm at best. The breakfast was terrible, I didn't know eggs could be so soggy and taste like carrots too. Staff was rarely present when you went to the front desk, when you called on the handset on the counter as the sign states, they very rarely appeared to be of assistance. I would never recommend this hotel, it is extremely overpriced and not worth the stay.

The front desk was very nice and check in was quick. The air was not on in our room so it was very stuffy we turned on the air left and it cooled down quick. There was a wedding Saturday night and we were told we could not use the outdoor patio even though we were just sitting there waiting for the rest of our party the wedding ceremony was still underway. The hotel is right on the Brooks golf course and close to everything. Wish it was closer to the water.

Hotel was very clean. The staff was very friendly. The front desk was great. Restaurant/Bar servers were very attentive for food and drinks.

Very good

The continental breakfast was a very good assortment but many things weren’t warm/hot enough.

Nice hotel in the perfect area of Okaboji. Outdoor pool, kinda small but decent amount of chairs. Good hotel for the price, would stay again.

Rooms were dirty, front desk staff were rude
-

It was a great stay! We were in town for a wedding.

Has a nice stay. Room and hotel was clean. Would recommend. Only comments: bottom of indoor pool looks like it needs some work. Outdoor pool had some leaf litter in it. Had a snack in the restaurant between 3-4 but there wasn’t a bartender on hand who could make a mixed drink. Not a big deal, there was beer and canned cocktails. Overall it was an enjoyable stay. Front desk was friendly. Loved the golf course view!

The staff were amazing! We got there early and they had a room ready so they let us check in at noon compared to waiting until 3pm. The breakfast was great, kids loved the game room, the weight room has free weights along with other amenities. Plenty of room in the parking lot to park a boat also. We will be back.

The bar and restaurant should be promoted better on boulevard sign. This hidden gem offers a great menu selection, late night bar & kitchen service, excellent food and drink specials. Property has a relaxing atmosphere with golf course, pools, conference and banquet facilities. Centrally located for easy access to the hot spots in Boji!!! Boat launches near by and parking for RVs, buses, boats & trailers.

The towels had holes in them. The beds were extremely uncomfortable and had springs sticking through the mattresses. The chair in the room was in horrible shape- ripped and the leather was peeled off. Did not get the style of rooms I booked either, which the front desk staff refused to budge on accommodating my correct reservation. We have stayed at this hotel numerous times in the past years. The condition of the hotel has gone extremely down hill and was disgraceful. Spending over $300 a night is insane! A Super 8 would’ve been an upgrade compared to this (and I would never stay at a Super 8 or that style of hotel)!
