Comfortable spacious room and great breakfast. Gaining access when approved for early Checkin was challenging. Confusion trying to access card in lockbox with code received. Once we got in it was great. You do need to be strong enough to carry bags up many stairs if room is at the top.

Room was spacious with air conditioning and hotel was close to station and also to city centre The approach to the hotel was quite off putting. Curving wooden staircase might be difficult for any customers with mobility difficulties

The location, the bedroom was renovated but the bathroom was below average. The entrance was not well indicated, you could easily miss it. The breakfast was below average.

Good central location. Parking. WiFi didn’t work on the 2nd floor. Reception said it was a known problem.

Great location. The young Lady who welcomed us on arrival and at breakfast was superb. Nothing. We will be back again next year if not before.

Lovely suite / two rooms , really well decorated Didn’t like check in at 5pm , didn’t like not being told that we have to make our own sofa bed for my daughter ( three young ladies at the check in failed to mentioned this and it took long time to sass how to do it ) very disappointed . Also loo is in sitting room but NO hand wash basin there , you have to go to main bedroom to wash hands ( nice small modern bathroom but no loo - this is not convenient when teenager and parents )

Good location and a/c was good in hot weather. Very friendly staff on reception. No wash products or soap in bathrooms. Staff confirmed they didnt have any. Outside areas in very poor condition. Declined breakfast as not good value for money.
