Good location for an overnight stay, with easy parking and a short walk to the main squares for supper. Liked the relaxed deco feel to the hotel with friendly staff and a good breakfast.

Central location, nice helpful colleagues, great view from room. Room was spacious and tidy. Nice big shower. Cheap overnight parking close by. Followed by a great breakfast with local produce available. Air conditioning would have been nice as had to sleep with the window open. Quiet at night but some noise as the town wakes up but not too noisy.

Easy check in. The staff were great, and really helpful. The location is very central, so easy to get to bars and restaurants. The room was really nice. Clean, nicely decorated. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was also very nice. It feels a little dated. The lift is VERY small and quite slow.

Stayed two nights to see Vimy Ridge and Ypres, so actual time in hotel was very limited. Quiet location, within walking distance to Place des Heros, where many restaurants and coffee/pastry bars were located. Beautiful architecture. We required three separate beds, so our request was specific. Room was quite sterile... top floor, windows were too high to look out of, so no room ambience, it was used just to sleep. Floors were linoleum and had no carpeting.
