We were very pleased with the property, the staff and the cleanliness of the rooms overall.

Room was so outdated, one small roll of toilet paper, 3 pillows per bed, broken shower door, stains on towels. Just not impressed what so ever.

Stayed here on August 18. The air conditioner in the room did not work. Staff gave me a box fan to use. Had to listen to a fan all night and it was hot in the room and wasn't able to sleep, Disappointing,

I stay here every time I am in Denver. The hotel is very nice, the staff are very friendly. My room was very clean and had everything I needed. They don't serve a complementary breakfast. They have a restaurant inside the hotel. I tried ordering room service but couldn't get ahold of the kitchen. Other than that my stay was a 5 star.

Didn’t pay the extra for the breakfast to expensive for the selection. Hotel and staff were great.

Staff was great. Room was clean. Even had free bottles of water (THANK YOU)! It was a great stay.

I wish I could give them more than 5 stars! From the beautiful mountain view from my room, to the cleanliness of the hotel (and room), to the location, to the friendly wonderful staff, I couldn't be more positive about this place. Didn't have time to hot tub or swim this trip, but I will next time. This will be my go to on my yearly trips to the Denver area from now on. You won't regret choosing this place either!

The staff was very accommodating and retained a cheerful disposition even though at the time we were checking the hotel's system was down forcing "manual" registration. The desk clerk manager (didn't catch her name) and the bartender, Felix, displayed outstanding service.

I had a reservation for an ADA room for myself and my mother for three nights at your property. We made this reservation in February 2026 on Expedia for a July 2026 check-in date. When we arrived at the hotel at check-in time, we were told that our room that we had reserved five months prior was not available. On the Expedia app, I received a message from the hotel that my room was reserved and guaranteed but this did not happen. Not only was this very frustrating, it was also dangerous for my mother to shower in a non-ADA bathroom. While I understand mistakes are made, what is disappointing is that the manager at the front desk was very condescending and made me feel like it was my fault for booking through a third party like Expedia. Our stay was less than pleasurable because the beds in the non-ADA rooms are significantly higher off the ground and it was difficult for my mother to get into the bed. Not only is this a liability and a safety issue, it was very challenging for me to try and lift my mother into the bed each night. Finally after two nights, the hotel staff was able to locate a small stool to facilitate this issue. When I talked to the customer service on the Expedia app, they said they could not assist which is ridiculous because that is the company that made the reservation on my behalf. What is the point of using Expedia if they cannot guarantee your travel plans? We booked a service that was not delivered by your company.
