Comfort Inn Denver West Arvada Station

Found a softball in our room. So obviously wasn't cleaned. Curtains need to close all the way for darkness. Hallway and elevator smelled like marijuana. Window screens in pool area were broken out.

We found no negatives. From the comfortable beds to the room layout to the fabulous breakfast…perfect stay! Nice sized fridge and microwave in the room were much appreciated. Pretty park across the way including a dog park and playground for younger kids. The staff were so friendly and helpful. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again! Special shoutout to the check in staff and breakfast cook!

The room was nice overall, but the blackout curtains did not close due to the way they were installed in the room, and the sunlight woke me up both mornings during my stay. I was really disappointed with that. Otherwise it was a good stay. Bathtub was a bit dingy.

THE BIGGEST ISSUE IS THE INTERNET!!!! This is a hotel that touts that its by an airport for business people. We were there 4 days and the internet never got above 1mb down. I complained but the staff aren't IT people so they don't know what to do. If you are a business person looking to do work here, don't count on it. Positives were the pool and area by the pool, its great place to relax after doing all the tourist stuff. The breakfast is simple and basically the same thing every day. Saves you money. The staff!!! the staff is great against the building in its current condition isn't the staffs fault, they do their best.

Property updated, clean, quiet area, great breakfast. Liked the exercise room, although it was small. Pool was a nice size. My shower drain was clogged. I could hear my neighbors talking in the next room.

Older hotel but clean rooms & beds are comfy. Felt safe parking in the lot that was fenced & had a security camera

The staff was excellent. It was hard to cool the room down and with no blanket and just a comforter it was a struggle all night.

It smelled good when walking in, it was relatively clean. The lock to the room we had was broke off the door frame. So, we couldn’t lock the door if we wanted.

This hotel, although dated, is a nice, reasonably priced place to stay when visiting Denver. It’s right off of the I 70 making it convenient and we were not disturbed by freeway noise. The breakfast was plentiful with scrambled eggs, sausage and bacon, waffles, pancakes, various cereals, and oatmeals, yogurt, fruits and juices. There was plenty of parking. The only issue we had was that our shower curtain rod was literally falling off of the walls. The staff was very accommodating and put us in another room.

Don’t get the room next to the exit door!
