It could have been cleaner. Our floors looked clean but were dirty when I wiped them.

The staff are very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was excellent. The size of the rooms is a bit too small.

The shower in out room. Nice bathroom. The breakfast was not great, it took ages every morning to get a server to take our tea and coffee order. Our breakfast would be finished before we received our drinks. They didn't replace the hot food often enough, so by 10:00 am there would be no hot food left and would have to wait ages for fresh food to come out. The room was tiny for a junior suite, only one small wardrobe for two people for a week and no shelf to leave our empty suitcases. So the suitcases had to be left on the floor beside the bed. There was only one seat in the kitchen area like a flat chair bed and 2 high stools stuck under a table top. But no room to pull out the stools, For 1,300 per night, the accommodation was terrible and tiny we could not sit in the room on the days iit was raining. The floor was dirty and dusty all under the bed. The bathroom was nice with a good shower. The shower was the only positive about the room. This is not a 5 star premises, and is very over priced. I would not return here as the service was terrible and food was not good enough for the prices they charged. My husband got a sea bass that was not cooked in the inside, so he couldn't finish it. We got higher quality food at a better price in the town a 15 minute walk away. Also when the supplied me with a yoga matt to my room, they never cleaned it since the last person. It was dirty with a smell of sweat and feet. I could not use it.

Service is good. Location is ok. The beach is not impressive, one is very rocky the other one just ok. I think is super overprice for the value and Location. I wouldn't repeat it The breakfast was just OK Overall is an ok hotel. Maybe worth half of the price we paid

Stunning location, gorgeous grounds easy access to Porto Cervo etc Pools and staff are great Rooms are tiny Food and drink prices around the pool are extortionate Breakfast cold most days and not a great choice on a la carte

This part of Sardina is all expensive. The resort was very quiet even at 91% occupancy so if that is what you are looking for it will suit. The restaurant for a special dinner was amazing. The whole area, is designed as a resort. I felt like I could have been in the US. We probably didn't research the area enough, if you are looking for an Italian experience try the south of the Island or Sicily.

The breakfast buffet was adequate but not excellent. It would have been good to have the beach ready for the season. Unfortunately there were no sunbeds or umbrellas available in May.

The location , the friendly staff , large pool area ,little beach coves and beach bar at the cone club . Very good breakfast choice ! Nothing

One of the best hotels we have ever been to! Everything was perfect from the room to the service to the food and the location. Exceptional hotel! Our room was beautiful, the resort itself had beautiful gardens the two pools are stunning. The food and drinks are a dream, the breakfast was a la carte as well as buffet and it was just amazing. We can’t wait to come back!! Nothing at all, it was perfect!!

Modern interiors - extremely poor ‘beach’ - staff a little useless - made most of our own reservations, lifeguard not present at beach, breakfast areas not tended to- one morning only melon bowl and plums available for fruit - service in capogiro restaurant almost non existent - generally slow service eg took 30 mins to get an iron sent to room, car parking service far too long so easier to do yourself - room not peaceful due to various hotel noises from the restaurant above

Location, style, quality and staff. Beds were very comfortable, that includes all the sun-beds. The fact that cone club beach bar was closed.

Very friendly staff from the offset. Every single member of staff we met approached the day with the same ethos. Very welcoming. Even though we arrived early they accommodated us with our room, meaning we could start enjoying the second leg of our trip immediately Clean and tidy resort very near Baja Sardinia - In fact a 17 min walk from the resort. Capagiro restaurant for breakfast and dinner very nice. Cone club beautiful setting overlooking the bay. Nothing was too much trouble. Unfortunately due to the season ending the cone club closed after our second day and only had proper access to it for 1. A wedding was taking place whilst we were there putting some additional restrictions. So the Michelin restaurant was closed to guests on the Sunday, as was the cone club, meaning choice were limited to only 1 restaurant, where the meal did not live up to same standards and quite expensive for what was offered. Fish of the day was a very small red mullet with unthought out vegetables on the side. Highly priced at 60 euros. However the hotel mainly accommodated around this. Just a shame they commandeered the Cone club for two whole days.
