Brekfast was lively, bed / rooms were comfortable. We were initially given a room for my mother who needed disabled access but the initial room provided was up a series of stairs that she couldn’t access. She was eventually given a more accessible room after the hotelier was able to ring around to sort things out.

It is very convenient for an overnight stay after a long haul flight. It is very close to the river and Parkland for walking. Our room was large with comfortable bed and bath tub. Staff member on reception seemed a little disinterested in their role as first point of contact. A smile would have been nice.

It was very clean and fresh, the bed and linen was so crisp and comfortable The hot water took ages to heat up, there weren't any teaspoons to stir our coffee's, the wine fridge didn't work, some of the blinds didn't work properly, and only having 1 swipe card was annoying, and lastly only 1 tiny rubbish bin which we found in the bathroom.

Clean facilities, good size room , good toilet & shower , quiet location away from great eastern highway Needed extra blanket for bed in cupboard, need some cutlery in room for food & drinks ,, or take away food, ,put decent size mugs in room for hot drinks ,pathetic size tea cup

The room was clean, the bed was not a rock and a good size. The dining choices were good. We needed a map and good walking shoes to drag our bags to our room. The venue is really targeted at conference attendees and, for myself and husband, too spread out.

Have stayed at the Swan River Hotel 3 times. Good large restaurant. Comfortable clean room with view of Swan River. Close to airport. Scales to weigh luggage. Bar Fridge is noisy in room.

Leaving Pool was closed, gym was unavailable, people were slamming doors all night, felt unsafe, not nice guests, smell of people smoking in next room filled my room.
