The surrounding was peaceful. It’s more like Airbnb style. The breakfast was included but there was no coffee machine and it is bread and cereals.

Lovely clean and quiet. Breakfast was prepared early so I was able to eat at 2am to catch my early flight. $20 uber to airport, excellent location for flying.

Owner and staff are so nice and friendly. House and bed are wonderful. Although the location is close to the airport but it is not noisey. N/A

Ellard is in the Perth suburb of Belmont, some distance from Perth. The 935 bus stops very nearby and it will take you into the city. It runs frequently and you can catch other transportation in Perth. Staff great. Accomodations are simple, rooms small but there is a spacious common area. Also very close to the airport and they offer a shuttle. There's a pub "Round the Corner" close by and we went there every night for dinner. Not quite what I expected, the B & B is in a suburban area in a one-floor house. Not necessarily a bad thing.

Reasonably priced. Breakfast limited to toast, fruit, cereal and coffee. Pillows very soft and limited to one per person.

Was good value, but better when you can make your self a bit of breakfast in the kitchen

It was very close to Perth Airport which was convenient since we dropped our son off at the airport around 10pm. Breakfast room & lounge area was comfortable light & airy. Breakfast was just serials & toast very very adequate. Shower was a bit aged but worked okay. No glasses in the room for a drink of water although there was cold water in the fridge. Only two pillows on the double bed I would have expected four.

So close to Perth Airport, I was greeted with nice English speaking people, the place was very clean inside and out, room size and bed was perfect. Nothing it was perfect

Nothing really bit out of way but bus stop top of road straight to city

Clean, host was really nice, breakfast it’s just toasts and some fruit but more than enough for the price you pay, the bed was awesome mattress too, nice little desk to work or use your laptop and a little fridge inside the room plus a good amount of hangers for clothes and stuff There’s smell coming from the shower sink or somewhere in the bathroom and a lot of flies, apart from that it was perfect
