The staff were very friendly upon arrival. The hobby and common areas were clean. The room smelled good and was mostly clean. The only issue I had was that in the bathroom it was hair in the tub, ceiling, and on the floor. The cleaning staff needs to do a better job and double check for hairs because that grossed us out. Overall it was a good stay.

Also she had breakfast because it was included when the staff at night told us it would be $5 a person for breakfast.

Well located off I-24 and across the street from outlet mall. Plenty of shopping and dining nearby. Staff were friendly and helpful. Live music on a Friday night was a nice touch. Really good stay.

I was dissatisfied because it didn’t have an indoor pool, but everything else was perfect. Maybe next time updated Expedia so customers don’t get disappointed!

There was blood stains on my bedsheets disgusting unclean next day since I complained they cleaned it very disappointed

We were only there for 4 hours due to travel but the hotel was very clean, bed comfortable and staff super nice!

With that said.. they had a great outdoor space to hang out and enjoy! We spent one of the evening outside on the patio for hours. Complete with fire pits, water fountains and lots of seating. Hotel staff was a little hard to get a hold of. Someone was not manning the desk at all times. Over all was a good choice depending on what is important to you and your family.
