Excellent location with big spacious rooms. Fantastic in room amenities in the Team&Coffee section and the mini bar. The breakfast has a decent selection of food and the staff is courteous. Love the Tishya range of amenities! Everything was great. I just feel that the C/in and C/out process could have been efficient if the front desk was fully staffed.

The location is brilliant. Lots of nice cafes near by. Hotel is extremely clean and the sheets and towels are new. The restaurants in the hotel are great as well. The pool is very nice and has a nice view as well. Breakfast was Amazing ! The library bar serves some great cocktails. Nothing really. Everything was great .

Breakfast was wonderful, Every staff managing breakfast was very much attentive. love the filter coffee. lots of varieties to choose on breakfast menu. located centrally and easy access to both cities. exceptional service. everyone was very welcoming including ground staff to floor managers. also let me check in 2hrs early.

Phenomenal customer service. Great staff. Very polite and respectful. Willing to help anytime. Always smiling. Went out of the way to keep patrons happy. Gym is very well maintained. Sauna and steam room are very well maintained. Can improve choices in breakfast buffet

The sound. There was constant music in the common rooms Resturants and lobby. We stayed there over 2 weeks and they turned down the music in the restaurant for a bit but still resumed it a few minutes later.

welcome, ease of check in courteous staff, good food that catered to my special dietary requirements. they met every requirement i had around these 3 points, poor quality of fruits placed in room, they are spolied, and rotten, bed was what i think had bugs, no cleanliness in the room, carpet had stains, room stinks.

The most fabulous hotel! We were looked after so well and given the warmest welcome. Everything we could have wished for! Saurabh and Rishabh in the restaurant were outstanding, recommending local delicacies that were delicious.
