the spread in Dinner and Breakfast was really good. The in room service can be improved. 1 - the cleaning staff kept the same spoons after cleaning the room. 2 - the on call staff was always unable to cater to the requests. There were 3 of us who traveled and needed 3 items majority of the time like towels but the staff came back with 2 of them always. 3 - If the above can be improved, then the overall experience of the hotel could be improved.

Beautiful and modern hotel, welcoming and helpful staff, spacious and clean room, good breakfast selection, good location (somewhat central), very good spa. I enjoyed my stay. On the second night of my stay, there was noise for at least two hours after 11 pm coming from above. It sounded like furniture moving and some work activities. It made it difficult to sleep.

The room had a slight smell. Also don't book in advance, since rates on the night were much cheaper than when booking a month ahead.

It is well maintained property. There needs to be improvement in air conditioning. The room which they given to me initially there was a problem in room air conditioning, but later they helped me to shit the room which has better air conditioning than the initial one. Overall if the air conditioning was better then I would be completely satisfied .

Spacious rooms still after my request also and after selecting a king size bed ...they were not able to allocate the kingsize bed on the first night

Spa was good so were its staff. The room was big, uncarpeted, and cold. It was not cosy at all. The curtains were not very clean. It is clearly old infrastructure with few electrical connections and no USB-C type port. The toiletries were always insufficient, and we had to call housekeeping many times. Even as basic as slippers were not provided for a very cold floor. No robes were provided at all. Their housekeeping service needs an upgrade. The swimming pool is an afterthought. It's relatively small so that it can get crowded. If you have two key cards for the door, they must be activated simultaneously by the reception staff. Otherwise, one will always stop working, and you will have to come all the way down to activate the other. During my 3-day stay, I came down twice to activate the key card after reaching the room. They need to upgrade their software.

Location , property and breakfast buffet Reception need to improve in their customer service mindset. Inspite of multiple Times informed and acknowledged about the stay extension but blocking room access after 3pm is rude and made my family to stand out of the room for 10 minutes. No apologies for this also. Later informed the about this during checkout, bare smile received from the receptionist. While one receptionist helping for checkout and he got a call and simply asking me to go other receptionist. Try to avoid phone attending one customer.
