This was a no ruffles hotel. It was convenient and quiet. Everything worked which made our stay more enjoyable.

The only thing I noticed was that considering it’s such a new location the tub could’ve been cleaned better, other than that I had no other concerns. I would book again!

The staff were kind and helpful. They gave me a new room when the original room did not have a working one. Only complaint is the shower floor is extremely slippery. I lost my balance getting in and landed hard on my knee. I’m not sure if that’s how it normally is or if it’s extra slippery due to cleaning supplies used.

I had my daughter and 2 grandchildren over to use the pool on my last night in Asheville, while the pool was decent, the guests drinking and smoking in the pool area cut our night short. Not impressed, will not return.

Clean and convenient No hand soap, had to ask for an ice bucket and only got the liner. Checked in late Saturday afternoon. Was hoping to use the pool Sunday morning but couldn’t because it opened at 10 and check out was at 11. Had planned on exercising in the pool because there was no fitness room.

Everything was great except the breakfast. It REALLY lacked. Cereal, cold boiled eggs and hard bagels. Not much.

We only stayed overnight but it was very clean and comfortable. Would have loved to stay longer! I will definitely stay there again!

Overall, our stay was ok, but we will plan to stay at another hotel next time we’re in the area. The hotel itself has a smell that wouldn’t leave. I assumed it was whatever they clean with. They need to replace the pillows as well. Also, be aware they charge $75 PER pet PER night if you take a pet. The location of the hotel is great though.
