Walls are paper thin and hotel stinks

Honestly, this hotel exceeded expectations. We just needed a place to stay for one night in the middle of a move—the price was super reasonable, rooms were very clean and cool, excellent blackout shades. The breakfast was awesome, and I loved the 24/7 free coffee and tea. I regret to say we won’t need to stay here again, but I would highly recommend!

Hotel and staff was amazing. The reason for the 3 stars is our AC went out and called maintenance. He couldn’t fix it so they moved us too another room and that rooms AC didn’t work either. After calling to the front desk twice it still was never fixed and I was told the manager would call me and never did.

The hotel is beautifully placed halfway between Asheville and Black Mountain. Staff is kind and friendly. Breakfast changed daily and it was good. Easy parking and you don’t have to pay for it. Hotel is clean and I would stay here again.

It was clean and great for value. The location was not the best.

The Staff was great! The room was clean and comfortable. There was a large turbos full of kids and it pretty much overwhelmed. The hotel amenities and also the breakfast was not like the usual tru standard,. No waffle iron.

Everything was great. Room was beautiful. Would definitely stay here again

The hotel was nice and clean, staff was helpful, rooms sparse but comfortable. No drawers or closet, just a shelf and a rod to hang clothes on. European minimalism. There's hardly any insulation between rooms, and since there is no carpet in the rooms, you hear everything from the rooms above you. There was a large group of people hanging out in front of the hotel...the air conditioning in the lobby was freezing, so people were hanging out outside by the few tables and fire pit that was out there. You also heard all that noise in your room, despite the signs saying there are quiet hours from 10pm - 8am. Breakfast was awful. Nearly frozen muffins (seriously,) rock hard butter, no waffles but a pancake machine instead. Bland yogurt in a self serve ice cream like machine. There were some eggs, which I don't eat. The only edible thing was cereal, oatmeal, fruit and some bread. Pretty disappointing, not even real yogurt in a container? It seemed like they thought of everything they could to save pennies. For a quick overnight stay, it's ok, just ask for a room facing the rear of the hotel for noise reduction. Overall, however, for a longer stay, I'd prefer somewhere else.

Breakfast was decent, hotel was clean. Staff was friendly. About an hour from Mt Mitchell. Restaurants within a mile or two. Bad area of town but the property was kept up and didn't seem to have any issues on site. Not really something the hotel could fix.
-
Exceptionally clean, simple but comfortable room. Easy access, and was able to use microwave at front desk area to heat up a to-go dinner from local grocery store. Will stay again if in area.
-
Breakfast is decent and plentiful. Lobby coffee is available all the time. Other snacks, beer, wine, water, sodas available for sale in the lobby store. Staff was very friendly and helpful when we had questions.
-
New, clean facility with friendly staff in good location near Blue Ridge Parkway access and between Asheville and Black Mountain. Good value

This was a great choice for our stay in Asheville. Great place to stay especially for families who have teens. My only regret is that I wish we could have stayed longer!😊
